Young Adult Shelter offered at Community Youth Services Brighter Futures Youth Center
Provides overnight shelter to youth ages 18 to 24. Sign-up during drop-in hours at Rosie's Place or visit shelter when it opens. Adds more beds during cold weather.
Provides a low barrier overnight shelter to youth.
Typically, 18 beds are available for participants as well as two crisis beds. Shelter beds are assigned based on vulnerability, yet overnight staff do their best to accommodate all young people who need a place to sleep. More beds become available in cold weather.

Hot Meals offered at Skagit Friendship House Cafe
Provides a daily meal along with a small carry out pantry for those who wish to take canned foods with them after the dinner service
Provides dinner daily to men, women, and children in need of food. Dinner is between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Dinner is served at Friendship House Cafe, 108 Snoqualmie St, Mount Vernon. Our residents are provided with three hot meals a day.
