Callers are referred to the St. Vincent de Paul volunteers in their area who may do a home visit to determine need.  Financial services are provided through a vouchering system.  Not all services are offered in all areas.

Offers furniture, appliances, lamps, curtains, towels and bed linens; small kitchen appliances, cookware, bake ware, flatware and dishes. Offers clothing, shoes, coats and other cold weather gear; toiletries, medical equipment, blankets and food.

Provides food assistance through local neighborhood chapters via food pantries or through a gift card at grocery store.   Not all areas of King County are served by a chapter, and not all existing neighborhood chapters provide help with food.

Provides emergency food and hygiene assistance to honorably discharged Veterans, their families, and widows pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington. Emergency assistance is geared towards sustainable positive outcomes for eligible veterans. Service officers are knowledgeable, skilled and have relationships with area partners who together with their services will often be successful in forming comprehensive and lasting solutions for clients.

Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals to elderly individuals living within the Spokane City limits who are homebound, unable to provide or prepare nutritious meals.

Website indicates whether the farmers market accepts WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program & Fruit & Vegetable Benefits, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, SNAP, SNAP Market Match, Fresh Bucks or Other benefits.   Contact information is also provided for each farmers market.   To use an EBT card at a Farmers Markets, go to the Market information booth, tell the staff how much money you would like to spend, and they will swipe your EBT card for the amount you request.   Users will then be given tokens for the amount to buy fresh produce and other foods at the Market.   Some farmers markets participate in the SNAP Market Match (and Fresh Bucks in Seattle), which matches a certain amount of SNAP with tokens or other market currency that can used to buy fruit and vegetables at the farmers market. Amount varies by farmers market. Participating markets are located in several counties throughout the state.

Delivers meals to older adults in King County. Provides a choice of 30 plus different meals including breakfast, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian. Additionally, some meals are low in saturated fat, low cholesterol, and low sodium. Participants may order one meal for each day in the month, delivered weekly or twice per month. Liquid nutritional supplements (Ensure and Glucerna) are available for purchase. Meals arrive frozen and packaged in trays that can be heated in either a microwave or conventional oven. Service begins approximately 2 weeks after agency receives the application.

Delivers meals to the homes of homebound elderly and disabled persons throughout the greater Spokane Valley area during the work week. Frozen meals are provided for the weekends and liquid nutrition is also available.

Provides diapers, wipes, and formula one time per month.

Offers assistance to those in need in Cheney, WA. May help with gas gift cards, grocery gift cards, or utility bill assistance based on funding.

Volunteers deliver free non-perishable meal kits that require cooking. Also offers delivery of hygiene products, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene products. Bus passes are also offered at no cost.

Provides free lunches for students during summer when school is out.

Provides a selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, dairy products, frozen meat, dry and canned food, and bakery items that guests can choose from. Each guest is also provided a pre-packed box of dry and canned food items. Food boxes are delivered to shut-in individuals who meet the criteria for delivery.

Offers dinners for any community member in need of a meal.

Provides meals for senior citizens, who are at least 60 years of age and in need.

Distributes an assortment of fresh, locally grown produce, which includes seasonal fruits and vegetables. Also gives out shelf-stable foods such as peanut butter, pastas, soups, beans, rice and canned fruits and vegetables. When available, fresh dairy and frozen meats are offered.

Provides mobile food banks that stop in several neighborhoods in the county and provides enough nutritious food to make at least three meals for three days for everyone in the household. People may visit any Nourish Pierce County Food Bank that is convenient for them; service is not dependent on zip code or residence. Clients "shop" and self-select food that meets their needs. Depending on donations, things like pet food, hygiene supplies or baby food may be available. Services is provided once a week, but if there are additional needs, no one is turned away. Does not provide assistance with rent or utility bills.

Provides a clothing closet and a shopping-style food pantry which provides a 3 day supply of food.

Provides weekly connection point for those in our community who are without housing and living outdoors, in their cars, or others who prefer to meet with a navigator out in the community. The Outreach team goes around to key areas in Monroe to offer shelf stable food, lunches, hygiene items, socks, cold weather items, and an opportunity to provide resource navigation.

Provides drop in services for teens between the ages of 13-24. Drop-in center offers information and referrals for housing, counseling, job, health, necessities, and more. Laundry, showers, meals, and socialization are available. Daily activities include video games, movies, arts and crafts, and other social activities as they come up! Clothing, food, and hygiene packs are also available. Can access the clothing bank once per month.

Senior lunches provided Monday through Thursday at the senior enter for members of the Swinomish Tribe and those enrolled in other tribes living on the Swinomish Reservation. Home meal delivery is available. Crafts and other activities are scheduled throughout the year.
