Connects people with low incomes to the resources and support they need to grow fresh food. Works alongside volunteers and new gardeners to construct 35+ home and community gardens each year. Workshops and other trainings/supports are included.

Stewards of the the Springbrook Community Garden Maintains a 51 plot garden with green house located in Springbrook Park. Includes 20 plots designated for individual families that live in Springbrook, 10 pots designated to the Summer Day camp, and 21 plots designated to the community food bank. - Garden beds are available to families living in Springbrook - Learning opportunity for children - Volunteer Opportunities - including a program specifically for teens.

Offers a mix of programs that address agriculture, gardening, community and economic development, youth and families, and natural resource stewardship. Provides community gardening and master gardener programs, food safety and preservation education, and 4-H youth programs. Is the point agency for forestry-related issues. WSU Clark County Extension is a three-way partnership between the USDA, WSU, and the county government.

Offers state, federal and locally funded education based programs for encouraging well being and quality of life. Programs include Agriculture Education, Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Health & Wellness, Master Gardner Program, and Natural Resources.

Connects directly with individuals on a one-on-one basis to assess and address the needs of each individual, and to provide services according to the need. Programs include: Community Garden ( helps needy people with seeds and plants to grow at home); Benefit Services (assists with applying for SSI/SSDI, Veterans benefits, SNAP, referrals to shelters, and other services); firewood for those whose only resource is wood for cooking and heating; free ESL classes; clothing for children and families in need; computer lab; basic computer classes to learn internet skills, word, and email; and Spirit of Giving Fest, which is a free holiday meal, including caroling and games for children.

Offers a variety of activities including aquatic exercise, camps, community gardening, exercise classes and activities, public parks, recreation centers, senior centers, summer meal programs, swimming facilities, and youth centers. The website offers a park and trail finder, special events list, and Vancouver Culture, Arts and Heritage information.

Offers ESL classes, citizenship test preparation and GED classes. Also offers nutrition education classes and a community garden for families and children.
