All computers are diagnosed, cleaned, repaired, and imaged with a genuine copy of Chrome Flex, Linux Mint, or Microsoft Windows 11 Professional. All configurations come preconfigured with Firefox for web browsing, an email client, LibreOffice (a freeware version of Microsoft Office), a media player, and the Zoom Client for video teleconferencing. All desktops come with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Computers sold to low-income clients come with a limited six-month warranty. Accepts donations of computers.

No credit checks; no term contract; no installation fee; speeds of up to 75 Mbps.   Participants may also purchase a computer at a subsidized price at initial enrollment and will be eligible for free Internet training - online, in print and in person.

Provides a no-cost, easy enrollment, job search center where anyone from the community can get help with job seeking and building computer skills. Job seekers can work with staff to build resumes, cover letters, find job leads, practice interviewing preparation, and more. Computer classes are offered on a weekly basis on topics for first time computer users, to classes for developing skills for working in office environments, also available in 1 on 1 appointments. Services are completely free, thanks to donations and purchases at Goodwill retail stores.
