Offers free self-help packets designed for those who need explanative information regarding SSI/SSDI overpayment, continuing disability review (CDR), and age 18 redetermination.

Advocacy-based counseling related to sexual harassment, rape, violence, or abuse.

Legal advocacy.

Encourages additional precautions for domestic violence victims to help them better protect their anonymity, location, and identity. Tips include using: -  Public computers -  A web-based email service -  Private or anonymous browsing

Provides case management, information and assistance. Typically help with obtaining basic services like shelter, housing, medical care, accessing benefits, and services that enable seniors to stay in their homes.

Provides bilingual, bi-cultural (Spanish/English) support for residents who are unable to, or unsure of how to, access resources on their own or problem-solve issues that present with barriers moving forward. The program provides clients with interpretation services so that they can access resources such as WIC, legal aid, shelters, etc. Helps the client break down their needs into manageable steps, making problem solving less overwhelming and providing the skills necessary for them to navigate service systems in the future. Also offers a diaper bank.

Helps adults with developmental disabilities become strong self-advocates. Self-advocates are people with disabilities who speak up for themselves and others. They can express themselves with spoken words, sign language, language boards and in other ways unique to themselves. Self-advocacy enables people with disabilities to live a fulfilling in the community with the support they need.

Offers advocacy and an 8 week support group working with women of all races, transgender women and those of the LGBTQ community. Provides education and support toward reaching and maintaining stability and regaining self-esteem after leaving an abuser. Group meets on Thursdays in an undisclosed location. Group members receive a $20 gas card as well as dinner. Child care is also provided.

The Coalition provides leadership development, training and mentoring, advocacy education and support for individual self-advocates and self-advocacy groups. The purpose of this program is to educate individuals about their rights as participating members of their community and how their participation in their local community builds integration and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities. In addition, the Coalition educates policy makers, local organizations and members of the community at large.

Works to improve the lives of people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Empowers parents and other family members of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to engage in system-level advocacy.

Provides support and advocacy to address issues in life such as protection of legal and civic rights and accessing community services.
