MultiCare Yakima Memorial is a 226-bed acute-care, not-for-profit community hospital that has served Central Washington's Yakima Valley since 1950 MultiCare Yakima Memorial also includes a multispecialty team of more than 300 practitioners and 20-plus primary care and specialty care locations. Specialty care services include cardia care, a continuum of cancer care, hospice care, and advanced services for children with special healthcare needs.

Provides comprehensive care for individuals managing chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Offers a range of rehabilitation and chronic pain services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical massage, and chiropractic care. Supports long-term wellness, by offering educational classes on pain management and diabetes self-management. Also provides essential dental services such as screenings, fillings, and extractions. Does not provide emergent or urgent care for either medical or dental needs.

Offers medical consultation and treatment for patients with chronic pain. Patients are screened at the clinic, receive a complete physical and consultation and an appropriate recommendation is made. Consults on options such as outpatient treatment programs.

Hospice is a special way of caring for a person whose illness cannot be cured. The focus of hospice is on care, not cure. Hospice is a concept of support and care for patients who have been diagnosed with an illness which will result in a limited life expectancy. Care is certified for people with terminal illness and a life expectancy of 6 months or less by a hospice team including; Medical Director, Hospice Director, Registered Nurse, Aides, Volunteers, Medical Social worker and Chaplin.  Services include: 24 hour "on call" for enrolled patient emergencies, pain and symptom management, skilled nursing, medical social services, resource counseling, including spiritual, bereavement and nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language pathology, education on disease process, coping skills, care planning, and assistance for physicians with case management.  Patients provided with: durable medical equipment, oxygen if ordered for hospice diagnosis, medical supplies. Five day respite for caregiver. What to expect: After discussing Hospice with your Physician, the Physician will send orders to the Hospice.   A nurse will meet with you and your family in your home to evaluate your needs and provide you with information on Hospice.  An individualized plan of care will be developed with input from the Hospice team members to assist you in meeting your physical, mental and spiritual care needs as well as community resources to support your caregivers.                                                                                      

Provides medical specialty services for children and adolescents in more than 30 specialties, in addition to outpatient surgery.

Counsels patients and families on end-of-life choices, including medical aid in dying (MAiD) and voluntary stopping eating and drinking (VSED) Provides support and guidance to qualifying terminally ill individuals seeking to use the WA Death With Dignity Act. Educates the public, physicians, and legislators on end-of-life issues and patients' rights.

Provides general hospital services including laboratory, cardiac exercise testing, surgery, nutritional education and counseling, an emergency department, and imaging, such as CT and x-rays.
