Offers a wide range of vocational training programs and services. Programs include: GED instruction and support, work skills training, digital literacy certification, financial literacy and second chance banking, computer skills training, and work-based learning. Services include internships, work evaluation placement, individual support employment for people with disabilities, and a senior employment program.

Provides current Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) clients with various supports. Provides clients with a federal Individual and Family Services waiver (IFS). The waiver: -  Helps support clients living in the family home -  Provides clients with a choice of services -  Allows clients more control over resources allocated to them   Services can include: - Assistive technology - Behavioral health stabilization services - Positive behavior support and consultation - Community engagement - Peer mentoring - Environmental and vehicular adaptations - Respite - Specialized equipment and supplies - Skilled nursing/nurse delegation - Occupational, speech and physical therapies - Specialized clothing - Transportation to a waiver service Medicaid state plan service must be exhausted before using waiver services.

Vocational services staff work with individuals and families to create employment opportunities in the community.

Provides advocacy, information and referral, residential and vocational supports, brokerage support, and supported employment. The Supported Living Program provides daily living assistance, including live-in care. Support can include medication administration, financial paperwork and budgeting assistance, assistance with chores and cooking, and social supports.

Helps individuals with disabilities interested in obtaining employment explore their interests, talents, competencies, and support needs. An employment specialist assesses their skills and identifies and builds additional employment skills. Assessments: An employment specialist works with the individual and their support team to determine what job will be the best match for the person and their skills. Job Development and Placement: For individuals who are certain about the work they want to pursue, our employment specialist will engage in marketing and recruitment activities to approach employers on behalf of the individual looking for employment. The goal is the job seeker gaining integrated employment in a position that matches with his/her skills and interests. Training and Retention: Assistance is provided to help participants maintain employment. The length of time needed will vary depending on the individual’s support needs and funding options. The new employee is supported to learn and accomplish the tasks of the job; communicate with co-workers; and become part of the fabric of that employer’s workforce.

Provides a comprehensive disability related employment program including training, placement, and employment support services. Clients will meet with case managers to develop a personalized employment plan identifying attributes, skills, abilities and employment preferences.

Helps employ disabled workers in a variety of positions including shelf stocking, custodial work, grounds maintenance, food service and cleaning.  Positions under federal contracts located in Oak Harbor and Marysville.

Provides support for people who have a developmental disability in achieving greater independence and fulfillment on their pathway to employment. - Coordination of DDA employment and community inclusion services ages 21+ - Transition Services for young adults with developmental disabilities who have turned 21 years old and have graduated from High School. Adult Services to assist adults with developmental disabilities to find and maintain community integrated employment and live full participating and contributing lives within their community. - Community Education and Information Services are designed to increase public awareness and build community acceptance for including people with developmental disabilities.
