Dignified Workday creates opportunities for those experiencing houselessness to re-enter the workforce and stabilize their lives, providing meaningful work, wraparound support and housing assistance.

Offers quick access to income combined with wrap-around support to help participants create a well-defined path towards permanent employment and housing. Enrolled participants receive barrier-reduction support before, during and after employment placement with a continual focus on long-term success.

Provides job search & job placement assistance for people who are experiencing homelessness or who are unstably housed. Program includes a full range of individualized employment and support services needed to achieve self-sufficiency and stable housing.

Meet with our friendly employment and housing case management specialists to receive: Support in gaining documentation needed for housing and employment. Create housing, employment and/or educational goals. Receive support in attaining your employment and housing goals. Receive ongoing support once employed or housed. Staffed with certified peer counselors with lived experience

Provides a long-term shelter with various programs which include case management, education, work skills, and post-shelter support. Additional programs may be available depending on needs. Families must be referred to the shelter and acceptance is based on availability and the family's willingness to work the program. Referrals often come from local pastors or outreach coordinators of local churches. The shelter also accepts referrals from DSHS, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Washington's Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Child Protective Services, Columbia River Mental Health, and Sea Mar Community Services Northwest.

WorkSource center offers employment and training services available on site and electronically through WorkSourceWA.com. WorkSource teamed up with Monster.com to create a powerful new job-match site for both employers and job seekers to connect. Website allows access to many resources, such as: - job listings and advanced job search tools, - worker retraining benefits and assistance finding programs, - orientations on site to train on navigating the WorkSource website, - information on workshops (i.e., FAFSA financial aid sign up, small business planning, job clubs etc.) and hiring events in the area, - information on job training programs through affiliates, - find local drop-in sessions in the area at WorkSource connection sites to assist with resumes, cover letters, job search strategies etc., - links to many career exploration websites and more.

Provides job training, followed by support services to help students secure and maintain employment. Students receive: -  Training in entry level food service work -  Wrap-around case management -  Life skills coaching, resume preparation, and job placement service - Cash stipend

Provides flexible, independent and immediate source of income as Real Change vendors for people who are interested in low barrier employment with flexibility.  Vendors sell Real Change newspapers and keep all profit, tips, and donations. Offers orientations for new or potential vendors.

Offers substance use assessments and support through Foundational Community Supports. Drug and Alcohol Assessments Assessments are offered in-person, through tele-health, and a mobile assessment. Community Navigators Provides Foundational Community Supports to those experiencing homelessness. Services can include providing navigation and support to help remove barriers around housing and employment.

Workers receive wages for 40 hours per week, generally for up to one year. Computer-assisted education program offers basic skills education, computer skills, job, and life skills. Offers support services, case management, and job placement assistance. Bus fare is provided.

Vocational specialists provide individualized support to create a resume, practice interview skills, find a job, and enter a professional work environment.

Provides Medicaid recipients with behavioral or physical health issues non-tangible person-centered supportive services to connect to and maintain employment. Supports can include: - Assessing for the right job fit - Interview coaching - Establishing helpful routines - Coordination with employer for on-going supports

Provides strength-based and employment-focused case management to people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Offers a full range of employment and housing support services to help King County residents achieve economic empowerment, self-sufficiency and stable housing. All participants will receive: - Personalized case management around employment and community housing resources - Housing search assistance, resources, and assistance with basic needs such as bus passes or gas cards, when available - Job search assistance, including job leads, resume help and interview skills - Career exploration to discover job interests, skills and goals - Financial planning and money management assistance - Referrals to additional community resources. In addition, program services may include: - Access to vocational training, coaching and support to succeed in school - Support services for work and training items, including work too ls and clothing - Work and training related transportation assistance
