Clients also take field trips to different destinations in King County.

Designed to help people living with dementia, or other needs for supervised care, enjoy social interaction with others while providing respite for their in-home caregivers.

Offers a day service for disabled elders or adults with dementia. Provides a recreational program with hot meal offered 3 days weekly, 5 hours per day.

4-hour program: Provides Adult Day programs that include two traditional programs, one memory care program, and one program for Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury. Traditional programs offer morning, afternoon and full-day sessions which are designed to meet the functional and cognitive needs through an individually tailored plan of care. If in Pierce Transit cachment area, we pay for transit to/from our program. Participants leave with a full meal. We have a nurse who evaluates, provides injections/medications while in our program and light wound care if needed.

Outpatient day program that provides a secure environment for elderly or disabled adults. Skilled rehabilitation and nursing services health monitoring and a chance to socialize. Offers a personalized plan of care through a series of structured activities presented by professionals.

Medicaid program provides assistance, case management, and assessment to seniors and adults with disabilities to access specific long term care plans including in-home services, adult family homes, adult day centers, assisted living, nursing home placements, and respite care programs for family members, guardians and caregivers of dependent adults.

Provides Personal Emergency Response Systems that help older adults stay in their own homes for longer by providing them access to emergency help wherever they are, 24 hours daily.

Offers older adults culturally relevant activities that promote food and nutrition, health, wellness, fitness, education, and personal growth.

Specialized adult day health program for adults with moderate to severe dementia offers activities for: -  Cognitive stimulation -  Evidence based exercise program -  Occupational therapy -  Health assessment -  Skilled nursing -  Caregiver support group   Maintains a low client-to-staff ratio, small group size and structured program to increase participation.

Provides a holistic approach to services for older adults through an art and exercise curriculum, meaningful group discussions and a community-style lunch.   The curriculum addresses emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual needs and encourages community.   Program explores issues associated with aging by developing a sense of community and encouraging an individual's resources.   Serves as an adult day program.   Provides outreach by taking its services to retirement communities, especially the art program and discussion groups.
