Provides bilingual, bi-cultural (Spanish/English) support for residents who are unable to, or unsure of how to, access resources on their own or problem-solve issues that present with barriers moving forward. The program provides clients with interpretation services so that they can access resources such as WIC, legal aid, shelters, etc. Helps the client break down their needs into manageable steps, making problem solving less overwhelming and providing the skills necessary for them to navigate service systems in the future. Also offers a diaper bank.

Offers translation and interpretation services for refugees. Some limited assistance may be available for other immigrants. Focuses on helping with DSHS and Social Security benefits applications.    Translation is NOT available for court documents.

Provides a navigation team that helps community members overcome financial, technological, linguistic, and literacy barriers to legal representation and social services.

Helps seniors and families find the resources such as   -  Applying for benefits -  Job training -  Affordable housing -  Interpretation Also provides assistance in helping immigrants become U.S. citizens by doing a one-to-one session or small classes for the citizenship test as well as assisting in preparing the application form and needed supporting documents.   Assists in preparing the necessary paperwork needed for those who want to petition their family members.

Provides interpretation and translation support for refugees and immigrants by coordinating professional interpreters and translators who speak more than 40 languages and dialects. Services include scheduling interpreters for appointments and providing written translations as needed in Snohomish County and the North Sound Area. Staff and on-call interpreters may be certified or authorized by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services for medical and social service settings. Languages served include: - Spanish - Russian - Khmer (Cambodian) - Lao - Thai - Tigrigna/Tigrinya - Amharic - Vietnamese - Arabic - Plus approximately 30 additional languages and dialects These services help participants communicate effectively with service providers and community partners.

Provides translation and interpretation services to assist individuals with appointments, phone calls, paperwork, and referrals. Basic information regarding local, state, and national refugee and immigration programs is also available.

Information, resource referrals and direct services related to health, youth, education, employment, housing, legal aid, basic necessities, identification documents, transportation safety, and advocacy for immigrant community members. Services include: - Free Medical Clinic for uninsured low-income adults - Mobile dental clinic in partnership with PCHS (sliding scale cost paid to PCHS) - Diabetes class in Spanish - Monthly food/clothing distribution events - Resource navigation and referrals for housing, legal aid, education, employment, identification documents, financial management, charity care, and more - Limited temporary emergency rent assistance for existing clients - Carseats - Youth programming for middle- and high-school students - Annual holiday celebration - Community education and advocacy

Provides peer counseling, referrals and assistance to Somali and other refugee and immigrant populations. Case managers can assist with filling out immigration and citizenship paperwork, completing housing applications and applications for other benefits including basic food, WIC, SSI/SSDI.   If client requires further assistance, helps them get connected to the appropriate agency. Also provides translation and interpretation and cultural as well as behavioral orientations.

Provides in person and telephonic interpretation for people from or speaking West African languages including Mandinka, Fula, Jola, Wolof and more.
