Offers an after-school program that integrates soccer, poetry and service-learning through community service projects. Students play soccer and learn lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership while taking part in physical exercise. During the fall, participants work on reading and writing skills through poetry, which is also performed to build self-confidence. In the spring, students work with teammates to design and implement a community service project in their neighborhood.   Program takes place at nine elementary schools in South Seattle. Each session is 90 minutes. Provides transportation, uniforms and other necessary supplies for youth to participate.

Includes designated times for families at the YMCA. Individuals can participate in programs that meet the needs and interest of individuals, or have fun at special events. Services include: fitness center, swimming pool, teen center, group exercise classes, basketball, racquetball, water exercise classes, and personal fitness program. Also offers health and wellness programs, such as group exercise, wellness coaching, adult sports, aquatic, lifeguard certification course, and cancer survivorship rehabilitation.

Offers day camp programs for youth at various YMCA locations in King County. Programs include sports camps, outdoor camps and other specialty camps, which offer new experiences that build confidence.  Kids actively explore and build the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement.

The City of Redmond offers a variety of recreation opportunities for adults including sports leagues, arts and clay, drop-in pickleball, volleyball, and basketball, music classes, fitness, and more. Activities change on a seasonal basis.

Sponsors recreational programs for Bellevue residents.   Facilities include 57 developed parks with nine mini-parks, 27 neighborhood parks, 21 community parks, five beach parks, two sports parks, a nature park, two blueberry farms, a senior center, a golf course, four community centers, a tennis center, two downtown parks, and a boat ramp.   Also manages an extensive trail system through more than 900 acres of natural areas and greenbelts.   Facilities may be rented for weddings, socials, meetings, etc.

Offers a free late night program for youth in grades 6-9.   The event is located at Mill Creek Middle School. Friends and new attendees are welcome, but prior registration is required. Activities include arts & crafts, basketball, board games, indoor soccer, music, special events and much more!
