Topics include depression, family support, senior parents of adult children with mental illness, self-help, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and spirituality. The groups are either affiliated with NAMI Seattle or have no relationship with agencies. Primary focus of groups is support, information, sharing and education, and they are drop-in and peer led.

NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need.

A peer support group for family members and caregivers of adults with a mental health diagnosis that meets on Thursdays. This is a hybrid schedule, with meetings held via Zoom on the 1st Thursday of the month, and in-person on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.
