Serves the whole family, because just one member’s HIV status affects the whole family. Offers community-building events including two family camp weekends per year and quarterly picnics and parties. Mentors spend time with children, teens, and young adults twice every month. Visits or calls each family and young adult, and send innumerable notes, cards, and social media posts of affirmation and encouragement. Also has support groups for HIV-positive teens, adults, and parents of HIV-positive teens. REACH provides the community, tools, and cheerleading to claim joy, build hope, and flourish.

Works to eliminate barriers for children and young adults, ages 0-Adults, that have a developmental disorder, chronic healthcare needs, or cancer in Pacific Northwest communities. Provides access to resources, parent education, development of programs that encourage play, socializations, support systems, and community collaborations with entities that put children's needs first.

Offers ways to get out, get active and get connected to others who are living in the beginning stage of Alzheimer's or other dementia. Connecting with people who understand helps provide the support, encouragement and inspiration necessary to move beyond the diagnosis. Programs offered include: - Support Groups - Guided Art Discussions - Memory Cafes - Zoo walks - Seminars and forums Not all programs are available in all areas

Provides information and referral, support groups, social events, and some in-home respite care. Family events include picnics, zoo outings, special workshops and a bi-annual conference.

Provides community-based support services to people with long-term physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities that help to build relationships, promote personal growth and build communities inclusive of people living with disabilities.   Service offerings include various support groups, monthly events at area churches.

The Arc of Spokane's community center is a fun, busy hub of activity with opportunities for adults to learn and grow. People with and without developmental disabilities are encouraged to build friendships in daily or weekly sessions through games, enrichment classes, and group outings around Spokane.

Offers ongoing support and meetings for people with developmental disabilities at about 30 chapters statewide.   Members have an opportunity to work together to develop group projects, programs and special events. Provides a supportive environment to share experiences and learn to solve problems.   Offers educational materials on such topics as self-determination, inclusion, goal setting, assertiveness, renting and voter education.

Provides training, educational workshops, and special events for children, teens, and adults in addition to publishing a magazine and producing a podcast. Group activity and program information is available online.

Provides a variety of recreation and youth and adult sports including basketball, softball, dance, and parent-child movement classes. Also offers youth enrichment including LEGO Robotics, before and after school programs, day camps, and youth life skill workshops.

The Supportive Living Program (SLP) Community Integration Program provides services that support an individual’s activities of daily living in the community, social and independent skills development.

A social club for individuals ages 16 and older with developmental disabilities. Activities include dances, talent shows, theme nights and holiday parties.  The group meets on Friday evenings.
