The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Users can regularly message their dedicated Talkspace therapists via text, voice, or video. Also offers virtual resources and online classes through Talkspace Go, an app designed to improve teen mental health. Participants are typically matched to a therapist licensed in Washington within a few hours or days. Talkspace technology pairs users with a therapist based on factors such as what they’re struggling with and therapist speciality. Once signed up, a member has access to one live video session per month and unlimited messaging therapy from their computer or cellphone.

Serves families of youth up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out-of-home placement.

The RISE program is a mental health day treatment program who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intense services. Helps those in our community build skills to help the better cope with their mental health issues. Program serves adolescents 13-17 and adults 18+.

Offers a range of services to assist with the challenges of daily living and the effects of stress on mood, behavior, and mental health. Services provided include individual and group counseling, services for children 5 and under with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychiatric services, medication management, and CRISIS care. Child, Adult & Family Counseling: offers counseling services to people of all ages (children, teens, adults, and seniors); provides individual counseling, couple counseling, family counseling, or group therapy; Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe), which provides intensive wraparound mental health services to support the child and family. The focus of WISe is to develop an individualized care plan based on strengths and needs that respect your child and family on a weekly basis. Autism Services for Children: applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is a kindergarten readiness program for children ages 2-6, who have autism. Psychiatric and Medication Management: therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate symptoms, manage chronic symptoms, and enhance recovery for people who suffer from mental health or substance abuse disorders. Helps with stabilizing medications, teaching social and living skills, and by offering help with employment and day-to-day activities.

Provides evaluation and treatment services for children and adolescents, ages birth through 18. Services include comprehensive psychiatric assessment, brief intervention treatment, medication evaluation and management, short-term evidence-informed therapies, and skill-based group programs.  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program is offered for adolescents with self-harm behavior and includes individual and group therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Serves inpatient residents, providing 24-hour intensive treatment. Establishes treatment plans tailored to the child in an effort to achieve the least restrictive treatment level as quickly as possible. Provides medication assessments and monitoring of changes in medication. Residents are helped to address tough issues, such as depression, separation, identify, grief and abandonment. Not designed for those with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
