Offers both family and individual therapy for children and families. Helps children and families use their strengths to build resiliency and develop the skills needed for recovery. Wrap Around with Intensive Services (WISe): Provides comprehensive behavioral health services and supports for Medicaid eligible children, adolescents, and transition-aged youth with complex behavioral health needs, and their families. Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety.

Services provided include brief consultation, short-term intensive counseling and long-term ongoing therapy. Clinician works with children to assess and meet a variety of needs. All individual counseling seeks to include the child’s parents and/or guardians. Children 13 years of age and older may seek counseling on their own and are entitled to complete confidentiality under Washington State law.
