Helps youth and young adults get accurate diagnoses and timely and effective care for serious mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia and other forms of psychosis. Therapy includes practical strategies based in proven methods supporting healthy functioning and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis as well as Individual Resiliency Training methods. Prescribes medication if appropriate. Offers case management.

The treatment team consists of a group of experts who work collaboratively with each other, with the individual, and with the individual’s loved ones to meet recovery goals. Services can include: - Screening, assessment and referral - Psychiatric services and medication management - Family education and support - Individual resilience training/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Employment and education support - Peer support - Assertive case management

Helps identify clients’ strengths and resiliency factors for recovery as well as develop coping mechanisms. Prescribes medications and provides education on symptoms and treatment to the client and their supports.
