Provides 72 monthly opportunities that help individuals move forward on their wellness journey using traditional programs, support groups, and activities as well as non-traditional options such as "Gentle Yoga" and "Sacred Movement." Provides support groups, one-to-one peer counseling, workshops and classes, activities, a Day Room, Computer Lab, Clothing Bank, Information and Referral, a large Community Garden, and a variety of opportunities for participants to volunteer at the center. Programs and services use the "Peer Support Model." Has staff who are highly trained and educated peers, with their CPC Licensure (Certified Peer Support).

Offers a free 8 week education course emphasizing recovery for those with mental illness.   Instruction is offered by others who have learned to live with their own illness and can speak from a "consumer" standpoint.

Offers a free 12-week series of classes for family members and caregivers of adults with mental illness. Each class is two-and-a-half hours long. Classes include basic information about what mental illnesses are, how they are treated, types of medications and other therapies that are used, and information about recovery from mental illness. Class members learn about typical emotional reactions - both their own and their loved one's. Four of the classes are "workshops" in empathy, self-care, communications and problem solving. Over the 12 weeks, participants share their family stories and gather strength from one another. Class members often join NAMI's Family and Friends Support Group at the end of the series. Family to Family class series is held once or twice a year. Locations vary to meet the needs of different areas of the county.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. However, as with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches. NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space.

NARA NW Youth Program services include life skills training, Project Venture, methamphetamine and suicide prevention, and cultural groups and activities. Referrals to other NARA services are available through the program, such as substance abuse assessment, mental health counseling, outpatient substance abuse counseling, family counseling, and wraparound care for Native youth ages 13-24 who have multiple needs. NARA NW's Youth Program is prevention-oriented and family-focused. The aim is to help Native youth develop a positive identity by teaching them about Native American and Alaska Native culture and values.
