Offers a utility discount or rebate to low-income Auburn residents ages 62 and older, or low-income residents who have a permanent documented disability.
Offers a 50% discount in utility rates to low-income older adults and customers who are permanently disabled. Discount applies to sewer, solid waste, storm drainage and water.
