Operates a senior center that offers community dining, crafts, health services, and recreation activities. - Congregate dining: provides a congregate daily lunch for seniors, soup and sandwich on M-W, and a dinner club every third Th. - Health services: offers blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, fitness classes, Zumba classes, Pilates, and driver refresher courses. - Recreation activities: billiards/pool, bridge, cribbage, line dancing, pinochle, crafts, computer lab, among others.

Assist job seekers in obtaining employment and matching employers with qualified workers. Offer screening, recruiting, and job placement services, including those for veterans and youth. On site hiring events. A full range of workshops and training and career development services is available.  Employment Services:   Find job openings, learn strategies for finding a job, get job referrals and job search assistance, learn how to prepare your résumé and for job interviews, post your résumé online for employers to see, share job-search strategies with other job seekers (Networking group).    Assess your skills and get career guidance, referrals to training programs, learn how much jobs pay and what jobs are in demand.  On-Site Resources:   Computers with Internet access and WiFi, telephones, fax and copy machines.   Training Programs: Programs for adults, youth and laid off workers, dislocated workers, TANF Recipients (WorkFirst), and older workers.

The PNA is a non-profit serving NW Seattle fostering an environment where everyone belongs. The Phinney Center is a is a site of many events and also offers rooms to rent "on the hour, by the hour" and set-up with clean-up time is included in the rental time.  Also manages rentals at the Greenwood Senior Center. Tables and chairs are available for most rooms. Rental rates vary based on the size and amenities of each room.

Provides a homework assistance program through structured after-school study halls for all grades. Offers one-on-one tutoring as needed for those in fifth grade and up as well as an organized tutoring program. Computer access and basic computer skills tutoring are available.

Operates a daytime drop-in center for women experiencing homelessness.   Women with children are welcome, but there are no specific services for children. A variety of activities and program are available for teens in Redmond. Many of these activities are located at the Redmond Community Center at Marymoor Village. Provides a day center for homeless families with children, families living doubled-up, and families in imminent danger of becoming homeless. The center is designed to be a place for homeless families with children to stay during the day. These homeless families will also be referred to other services in the area that are available at other agencies. This is the only program of its kind in the bi-counties and the need for a day center for homeless families with children is identified as a top need in the area. Also provides one week worth of diapers for children birth-17 years of age once per month.
