Links individuals with Care Coordinators that work one-on-one with clients to bridge gaps in services, achieve goals, reduce gaps in services, and increase coordination between all types of service providers.

Provides outreach and case management services for people with substance use disorders (SUD) in need of a connection with peers who have similar experiences and can meet clients where they're at to provide hope for a better life. All Recovery Outreach Specialists are trained Recovery Coaches and Certified Peer Counselors in long term recovery from SUD and/or have lived similar experiences, i.e., homelessness, incarceration, involvement with Department of Corrections or law enforcement, or close connection to SUD during their life. The program is 100% voluntary--no one is forced to participate and everyone is welcome. Staff make referrals to local resources and organizations to meet the individual needs of clients. May refer clients to SUD treatment for behavioral health services, but does not provide these services in house.

Maintains a national database of regional agencies and services for older adults and their families. Allows users to search by location or by topic. Also maintains a phone line and an online chat service to connect with an information specialist.

Provides support to individuals in their employment and training goals, offering access to the following types of information: For Businesses: recruitment, training, local and state labor market information, taxes and laws, starting a business resources and tools and information for entrepreneurs. For Job Seekers: job search resources and events, career planning, unemployment insurance information, local and state labor market statistics (demand occupations, wages, employers), training options including community and technical colleges, universities, and apprenticeship opportunities Community resources include: Referrals to community service information (housing, food, medical, emergency and transportation assistance), Information on services available for target populations (Veteran’s, Ex-offenders, mature workers, youth, low income, individuals with a disability, migrant seasonal farmworkers), Provide print and online resources connecting individuals to volunteer opportunities and community service agencies

Provides comprehensive information and referral services to eastern Skagit residents including the areas of Concrete, Rockport and Marblemount.

Provides information and referral on area social services to city of Tukwila residents.   This division of the Mayor's office also contracts with non-profit providers to make social services available and accessible.

Provides information and referrals for medical, dental, mental health, legal, housing, food, education, family support, senior, domestic violence, and child sexual abuse providers.

Operates the central access point for Community Living Connections, a network of services for older adults and adults with disabilities. Helps participants find supports and services for living independently in the community. Assists participants in accessing supports and services if they are unable to do so themselves.   Participants will be referred to region leads or other network agencies if they need more extensive or on-going assistance and service planning.

Provides Spokane, Stevens, Ferry and Pend Oreille Counties with comprehensive information and referral services.

Provides Resource Navigation to support individual's and family's immediate and future areas of need as well as setting goals for a more sustainable future. Offers a variety of resources to help connect, provide, or work one-on-one to access items like basic utility support, limited rental assistance (City of Monroe and City of Snohomish only) transportation resources, employment, legal, and more. Provides information and referral to local community resources for those seeking rent/utility assistance, minor housing repair assistance, navigation services, and other social services. Publishes a community resource guide.

The Information and Referral Specialist can provide assistance on various topics as requested. Specific information not readily available will be researched.  This service is provided by telephone or on a walk-in basis.

Rural Resources helps older adults remain as independent and self sufficient as possible through programs including:Information and assistance, Case management, Respite care, and Family Caregiver Support.

Provides information and referral for individuals in need of assistance. Family Service staff are well versed in local services and supports. AICC serves all people in need.

Provides information and referral on community resources for Island County residents.

Provides information and referral services for people in the community.

Provides commodities and emergency food boxes containing a 3-day supply of food once per month per household. Recipients may receive a variety of vegetables, fruit, pasta, and protein. Households can get bread and produce every day the pantry is open (usually includes rice, beans, oats, and pasta). Offers information and referrals to other community resources. Clothing, small appliances, and dishes are sometimes available, depending on donations received. Accepts donations of clothing and small household and kitchen items. No pickup service is available. Cannot accept donations of furniture or large appliances. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Formerly the Resource Center of Spokane County, offers information and referral to community resources.

A community hub where individuals and parents with children can attend programs and workshops, access community resources, connect with others, and receive information and referrals. Services vary by location but may include use of the phone, use of the fax, access to applications for subsidized apartments, assistance applying for government programs such as TANF and EBT, and use of the computer work stations. Clients are not able to use the resource center as a mailing address. Some financial assistance is available dependent upon funding and eligibility requirements.

Assists residents of Spokane Valley in identifying and navigating resources that fit their current needs. Also provides self-advocacy training and support. In addition, Spokane Valley Community Advocates has a network of community members supporting those with emergent needs in their Responsive Emergency Aid Communication Tree (REACT) program.
