Provides trained librarians prepared to help find the information and resources patrons need.   Chat service is available 6 days a week. Email is available 24 hours daily.

Career information and job search assistance is available through individual counseling and workshops.  Career information includes self-assessment and career opportunities. Job Search assistance includes information on applications, interviews, and resume/letter writing.  The Resource Room has a Career Information Library, Job Search Videos, computers, several computer assisted programs, and Internet access for job searches.

The WCC Library serves the research needs of WCC students, faculty, and staff, and has services for community members. It offers information literacy classes, research computers, reference help, and a collection of over 30,000 books, DVDs, and CDs. Also serves people online with a variety of electronic resources.

Provides basic lending services such as; a computer for use by the public; DVDs; maps; large print books; and audio books.

Provides an information service to answer questions. Patrons can ask questions using an online chat feature. Through a partnership with libraries around the country, patrons can also ask questions online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Provides "Ask a Librarian" information services via phone, e-mail and live internet chat, as well as in person.   Librarians are able to:   -  Answer questions about library services and programs -  Direct patrons to appropriate departments within the library -  Locate and reserve library items -  Provide assistance in using library's online resources    Center also answers reference and trivia questions on many subjects, using a range of reference materials such as almanacs, encyclopedias, handbooks in many fields, and directories for phone numbers, government agencies and Seattle streets.   Calls are limited to three minutes in length or having two requests researched.   Services do not provide stock quotes, or legal or medical advice. However, the service may quote directly from legal, medical and drug dictionaries.

Offers a range of activities and services which are designed to meet the information and learning needs of patrons and to facilitate their enjoyment of library resources. Included are reference services, programs which introduce and encourage reading, services which enable people who cannot access the facility to utilize library resources and special collections which provide access to a broad spectrum of general and specialized book and non-book material as well as reading material in alternative formats. Computers are available for use, with on site assistance in using computers, photocopier/printer, and 3D printer.
