In partnership with North Central Washington Library, Action Health Partners offers free blood pressure monitor kits to any library cardholder 18 years of age and older. Kits can be checked out for up to two weeks to self-monitor their blood pressure.

Provides medication treatment for substance use disorders, including Suboxone and Vivitrol for opioid use disorder. Offers same day assessments and prescriptions as well as connections to ongoing care and counseling.

Offers outpatient MAT for adults. Counseling services are available for patients with co-occurring mental health disorders. Provides courtesy doses of medication.

Offers an exercise class to anyone in the area at no cost.

Class series helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent type 2 diabetes. Classes are designed for individuals 18 and older who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
