Several churches in the Wenatchee and Upper Valley operate Little Free Pantries, which distribute free non-perishable food and hygiene items. Some pantries may also provide cleaning supplies, diapers, kitchenware, and toiletries.

Community-sponsored dinners served the last full week of each month. For the months of November and December, meals will be held the week before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

A monthly pancake breakfast is held the first Saturday of every month for the Sky Valley community.

Offers peer-to-peer support, free meals, recovery circles, and varied weekly/monthly programs for those in recovery from any type of traumatic life experience. A Recovery Circle is a peer support group of no more than 8 people; each Circle is led by a facilitator; and members should attend their same Circle each week.

Provides a hot meal to anyone in need in the Sky Valley area. Held in the basement of the Monroe Covenant Church at 202 Sams Street.

Provides dinner daily to men, women, and children in need of food. Dinner is between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Dinner is served at Friendship House Cafe, 108 Snoqualmie St, Mount Vernon. Our residents are provided with three hot meals a day.

Hot meals are served the last Saturday of the month, January through October, to anyone in need.
