Provides financial assistance for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or living with metastatic breast cancer. Awards may be used for treatment-related expenses, such as housing, utilities, transportation, child and elder care, food, side effect management medication, oral treatment medication, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care and supplies, palliative care, and home health care.

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients in urgent need who are within a three-month window of treatment. Cancer patients may be eligible for a one-time grant of up to $450 to help with expenses including the following: -  Rent/mortgage -  Utilities -  Food -  Transportation -  Dental care -  Childcare -  Medical supplies - Prescription copays Financial assistance may take up to two to three months, so program is not able to assist with immediate shut-off or eviction notices.  

Provides medical expense assistance programs to help with insurance co-payments and/or insurance premium costs for prescription drugs related to blood cancer treatment. Also, may Provide financial assistance for ground transportation, air travel, and lodging-related expenses.

Provides financial assistance for cancer treatment related expenses such as medication, blood transfusions, lab tests and transportation to medical appointments.

Provides financial assistance for transportation, food, and lodging for people who need assistance to access breast cancer treatment. Additional programs include support groups, peer mentorship, retreats, in-person and online events, screening support, cancer education for community health workers, and programs for those living with metastatic breast cancer.

Provides critical financial assistance for military families. Examples of financial assistance include: -  Car repair -  Essential home items -  Rent or mortgage -  Utilities -  Dental   -  Food   -  Moving -  Emergency travel & transportation   -  Eyeglasses   Must be able to show that financial resources are insufficient to meet current expenses, and that those expenses are already due or past due.   Can provide only emergency food assistance and eyeglasses to individuals in the general eligibility group.

Helps find options for paying unexpected medical bills, and assists with filling out necessary applications.  One-time emergency assistance to help pay for a prescription.  May also help find low-cost prescription medication programs for those with ongoing/long-term medication needs.

Disburses limited financial assistance for women with cancer for home care, child care, transportation and pain medication. Funded by the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation.

Provides emergency financial assistance to musicians and recording industry professionals in times of need.   Assistance grants may be applied to medical and dental expenses, such as doctor/dentist/hospital bills, prescriptions, addiction recovery treatment, psychotherapy and treatment for chronic illnesses.   Assistance may also be provided for emergency rent and utility payments.   Also provides addiction recovery services and support and referrals to other appropriate agencies.

Provides financial assistance to children with cancer and their families through a Transportation Assistance Fund and an Emergency Assistance Fund. Transportation Assistance Fund: Covers transportation expenses such as mileage, airfare and lodging when a child needs to stay near the hospital for treatment and nonprofit lodging is unavailable. Emergency Assistance Fund: Provides $300/year in emergency assistance to families who have a child that has been inpatient or away from home for 15 consecutive days within the past three months. Assistance may be used for mortgage, rent, utility payments, childcare, health insurance premiums, car expenses, or treatment-related expenses (e.g., meals away from home, prescriptions, and parking). Subject to change depending on available funding.
