Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. Free condoms and other safer sex items

Special services include a teen pregnancy service. Refers patients to mental health care.

Provides confidential and free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing/treatment, and non-judgmental options discussion. Provides referrals to other agencies for medical and practical assistance.

Service is provided for low income people and people who are uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care due to inability to pay.

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Provides free assistance to those who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. Offers pregnancy testing, first trimester prenatal care, infant feeding support, well-woman care, and STI testing.

Offers annual wellness to help prevent disease, identify problems before they become serious and help patients learn to understand their own bodies. Most qualify for free or low-cost birth control through Title X and family planning funding.   Special Services -  Provides compassionate treatment and support during a miscarriage. Treatment options include "wait and see," taking medication and vacuum aspiration.   -  Offers donor insemination, both intracervical and intrauterine, with fresh or frozen sperm. Visits are personalized to meet individual needs.

Provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services targeted to people experiencing homelessness. Services are offered at all YNHS clinics, and at selected shelters/homeless provider in Yakima.  Outreach services, medical respite care, transitional, and permanent supportive housing available.  

Offers lab testing, medications and point of service testing such as basic urinalysis, blood glucose, strep throat testing, blood pressure screening, and pregnancy testing. Immunizations for seasonal flu and Tdap (tetanus, whooping cough) are also available.
