Provides a range of services for individuals from birth through adulthood with autism spectrum disorders, including: -Diagnostic evaluations -Intervention services -Program consultation -Individual and group therapy -Social skills groups -Parent training -Summer programs Services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team comprising educators, psychologists, behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physicians.

Provides support for people who have a developmental disability in achieving greater independence and fulfillment on their pathway to employment. - Coordination of DDA employment and community inclusion services ages 21+ - Transition Services for young adults with developmental disabilities who have turned 21 years old and have graduated from High School. Adult Services to assist adults with developmental disabilities to find and maintain community integrated employment and live full participating and contributing lives within their community. - Community Education and Information Services are designed to increase public awareness and build community acceptance for including people with developmental disabilities.

Provides a safety net for children involved in the child welfare system by ensuring their developmental and social-emotional needs are identified and addressed. It also strengthens relationships so that parents and caregivers can better work together for their child’s success. By supporting a child’s entire care team, CHERISH positively transforms a child’s developmental trajectory, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Early Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment Clinic for young children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Clinic sessions are presently offered M-Th, three hours per day and over the course of 48 treatment days per child. Research and evidence-based treatment is specifically developed, coordinated and supervised by a DOH licensed behavior analyst.

Provides early intervention therapy and education support services for children ages birth to three in their natural environment. Outcome/Results - Enables families to care for their children and participate in family and community activities - Helps children be active and successful participants across a variety of settings and situations - Improved positive social-emotional skills and social relationships - Improved acquisition and use of knowledge and skills including language and communication - Improved use of appropriate behaviors to meet their needs. Early Intervention Services are available through referrals from many sources for children ages birth to three. We provide free developmental screenings for each referral and our Family Resources Coordinators can link you and your child with resources and programs appropriate for your child’s development. Screenings can be done over the phone, at our center or in your home.

Offers screenings throughout the year to help identify children birth to 3 years old who may need special services. Special services can include occupational, physical and/or speech therapies, or a specialized early childhood program. Screenings will not show conclusively that a child has special needs, but it will indicate if he or she may need further assessment.

CSHCN serves children who have or are at risk of having a serious physical, developmental, behavioral or emotional condition and require additional support. Promotes integrated systems of care that assure children with special health care needs have the opportunity to achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential. Services can include: helping a family find or coordinate medical providers, a medical home, help accessing local resources or services for the child and provide information about local community resources, including parent support organizations and community coalitions.

Coordinates early intervention services for children ages birth-3 who have suspected disabilities and/or developmental delays. Families are provided with a Family Resource Coordinator who will help to develop an individualized Family Service Plan. Early intervention services may include, but are not limited to: - Specialized instruction - Speech therapy - Occupational therapy - Physical therapy

Supports infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities relating to cognitive, communication, physical, social-emotional, and/or self-help development. Early intervention includes screening and evaluation, service coordination, therapy, and education for the child and family. Services are provided to every eligible family, regardless of their ability to pay.

Information and referral regarding disabilities and community resources, newsletter, workshops, seminars and recreational/social events for families. Information provided to parents/guardians of children with a disability or chronic medical condition. Puts parents in touch with special services available to eligible children age birth to three in Thurston, Mason and Grays Harbor counties.

Offers Birth to Three services to families with young children who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Once a child has completed an evaluation and determined eligible, provides the family with a Resources Coordinator to coordinate services. Provides the following services as needed: - Speech/language pathology - Physical therapy - Occupational therapy - Infant mental health - Vision services - Deaf and hard of hearing services

Families work one-on-one with a Parent Coach, in the child's natural learning environment, identifying learning opportunities in daily family routines such as bath time, mealtime, or during play. Offers early support services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. These services include physical, speech, and occupational therapies; early childhood education, infant mental health services, and more.

Provides early childhood disability support and services for young Black children. Identifies each child’s unique needs and connects families with the resources necessary to make a positive impact on their developmental years.

Offers early intervention services to meet the developmental needs of eligible infants and toddlers and the needs of their family related to enhancing the child's development.  Provides Family Resources Coordination, individualized developmental services and parent support opportunities.

Offers educational services to school districts staff or students.   Also offers individual and program assessments, curriculum development and counseling.   Offers home visits throughout the state if needed, usually to observe potential applicants in their home environment. Provides birth-to-three services.

Home-based therapy program provides early intervention services (Speech, Occupational, Physical, Oral motor therapies, early education, and Family Resource Coordination) for families and children ages birth to three, with a developmental delay or a diagnosed disability including: -  Down syndrome -  Cerebral palsy -  Autism spectrum disorders   Services are provided in a child's natural environment, a place the child normally is during the day including home, daycare, a relative's home, or a community setting.    Information is shared with the family about child development and strategies are provided to help families feel supported as their child's primary teacher.

Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) is the Washington State Department of Early Learning program designed to be the first point of contact for any parents concerned about the development of their children. ESIT offers free developmental screenings for infants and toddlers along with an informational meeting for parents with a Family Resources Coordinator. Once a child is screened, a Family Resources Coordinator helps each family access the Early Intervention services through a referral system and provides each family with additional community resources for support.

Provides Autism screening for ages 18 months thru adulthood. A combination of observation, interaction, interview, and standardized screening questionnaires are used by a masters-level autism specialist to determine the likelihood of autism.

Assists children and families in accessing Early Support Services and other community resources. Provides coordination, guidance, and support to enhance the development of children with developmental delays through everyday learning opportunities. Offers services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities in the following areas: - Social-Emotional - Receptive and Expressive Communication - Gross and Fine Motor - Cognitive - Adaptive/Self-Help/Feeding - Vision and Hearing

Center-based therapy program provides physical and occupational therapy and speech therapy.   In-home services may be arranged.   Services include individual therapy sessions to address specific developmental difficulties; parents are encouraged to ask questions, express concerns, and share hopes with center staff and other parents. Physical, Occupational, Speech-Language therapy and associated programs for children birth to 18 include: - Speech-language therapy - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Oral Motor/Feeding Therapy - Parent Education and Support - Aquatic Therapy - Social Skills Groups - Fitness Center - Recommendations for orthotic assessment

Early intervention provides a collection of services families may need for their infants or toddlers with disabilities. Services may include helping the family find needed services for their child, helping the family understand their child’s developmental growth, and helping the family support their child’s learning and development and successful participation in home and community activities.

Yakima Health District works in partnership with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services and Developmental Disabilities Administration to administer a range of specific programs by subcontracting with local agencies to provide support and services, birth through life, to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Yakima County's Developmental Disabilities program provides: -  Child development services for children ages birth to three years old with developmental delays or disabilities -  School Transition Support to students with developmental disabilities, in their last eligible year of high school -  Adult services to assist adults with developmental disabilities find and maintain employment and live full participating and contributing lives within the community -  Community education and information services designed to increase public awareness and build community capacity for including people with developmental disabilities

Joya provides comprehensive developmental evaluation as well as feeding therapy and nutrition services for children from birth to age three who are not meeting age-appropriate developmental milestones or are at risk of developmental delay for any reason.
