Dental Hygiene students provide dental hygiene treatments, take X-rays, and simple fillings at low cost.

Helps children ages birth - 5 that have Apple Health (Medicaid), access dental services in Pierce County. Assists families in finding a dentist trained to work with small children in a private office or clinic that accepts Apple Health (Medicaid). Children enrolled in the program receive dental check-ups twice a year, fluoride treatments three times a year, and family education twice a year. Most dental services are provided, as needed.

CHAS Health provides comprehensive dental care for adults and children, including exam, cleanings, x-rays, root canals, crowns and fillings and more. Services provided by experienced dentists, hygienist and dental assistants.

Offers general dentistry, including exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings and extractions.   Provides limited oral surgery as well as limited crown, denture and root canal services. May refer out for more complex procedures. Provides limited emergency dental care services. Common emergencies include: - Pain, swelling or infection of the mouth or teeth - Untreated cavities - Broken teeth - Broken or missing fillings - Bleeding gums due to periodontal (gum) disease

This program provides full-service dental care for children, youth, and specific groups of vulnerable adults.

Provides general dental care for children up to 18 years of age. Services offered dental exams and cleanings, sealants, teeth whitening, fillings, extractions, root canals, wisdom teeth, preventive care, digital x-rays, fluoride, and mouthguards.

Provides low cost dental care services and preventative dental work for children, teens, and adults. Dental services are performed by students in CBC's Dental Hygiene program under supervision of registered dental hygienist and clinic dentists. Services include: -  Dental x-rays -  Dental exams -  Cleanings -  Oral hygiene instructions -  Fluoride applications -  Whitening trays (must be at least 18 years old for this service) -  Limited restorative treatments (some fillings performed with a supervising dentist September through June)

Provides dental services to children who are covered by Apple health, or who do not have insurance. Services include: - oral exams and consultations - oral screenings for infants and young children - oral health education and training to help achieve good oral hygiene - same-day appointments for emergency or urgent dental care - preventive services for children that include x-rays, cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments - consultations and referrals for pediatric hospital care.

Works with local dentists and eye doctors to provide dental and vision care for anyone who is uninsured, underinsured, or cannot afford the work on their own (does not provide the dental or vision care) and work together to make a plan for payment for services.

Provides oral exams and consultations including oral health education and training to foster good oral hygiene. Assists with complex restorative cases including: -  Specialty Endodontic Services: Root Canal, Apico -  Specialty Periodontic Services: Oral tissue and gum health, Dental Implant, Crown lengthening -  Specialty Prosthodontic Services: Crown, Bridge, Denture, Partial -  Specialty Orthodontic Services: Traditional and/or Clear Aligners

Provides dental care for all ages, as well as orthodontic (braces) services. Provides diagnostic and preventative services, restorative services (amalgam and composite fillings), endodontics services (root canals), oral surgery (including extraction).

Mobile dental van offers oral health services for children and pregnant women on a year-round basis.   Basic dental services include: - Oral health education - Examinations - X-rays - Preventive care ( sealants, fluoride varnish) - Fillings and minor oral surgery. Van locations vary in Washington state.

Our dental clinics are located in: Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Key Peninsula, and Belfair. Can only serve non-established adult patients with emergencies.

ABCD connects low-income families with dentists who know how to care for young kids, preventing tooth decay early and educating parents about how to take good care of their children's teeth.

Provides comprehensive dental care in 4 clinics, including preventative and emergency care, and minor oral surgery. Focuses on early screening for all children and sealants for school-age children. Insured clients need to bring in their insurance card or medical coupon and any co-pays required by their insurance plan. Accepts most private insurance. If uninsured, will bill on a sliding scale.

Provides acute, primary, specialty, chronic and long-term health care for older adults.   Offers a day health center with a recreational therapy program and lunch.   Also provides intensive case management and social support.   Other services include:   -  Provision of durable medical equipment -  Personal care -  Chore services for people living at home   -  Placements in assisted living and adult family homes    Also offers dental care, optometry, audiology and other medical specialists.   As an alternative to nursing home care, the program serves individuals who are residing in the community and those who desire to return to community living.   Program is based on the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) care model.   Transportation is provided for adult day health services and all medical appointments.

The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe Community Health Center enhances quality of life through culturally appropriate delivery of prevention, education, early intervention, treatment and ongoing services using a holistic approach for individual of all ages. Behavioral Health - This program provides counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and youth. Specialties include life skills training, parenting, anger management groups, and weekend parent education workshops. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program - Provides DUI assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, community education, deferred prosecution, and aftercare programs. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program. Licensed Mental Health Provider. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).
