Provides financial assistance to help owners cover the cost of their pet’s treatment. Limit of $250 per animal and once per year.

Provides an opportunity to adopt animals, all of which have been spayed and neutered. Also provides animal services to help with lost & found pets and an emergency pet medical fund. The society also has a food bank that provides pet food for low-income pet owners.

Provides once-in-a-lifetime financial assistance for food, medicine or utilities. Can also help pay veterinarian bills for service dogs. Agency does not give cash; the recipient's bill is paid to the vendor.   Does not help with rent or move-in assistance.

The Cinderella Fund provides spay and neuter financial assistance for low income Pierce County and Federal Way residents. Pet owners must apply through The Humane Society by completing an application. Proof of having a low income is required. Call or visit the shelter for an application.

Provides veterinary care referral information and resources for pets. Services may include wellness checks, dental, X-ray, laboratory, pharmacy, surgical, and more. Assistance for some expenses of veterinary care may be available. Some programs may have a waitlist.

Offers vaccines and microchips to Low-Income Spay and Neuter Clinic patients. Qualified individuals are added to a waitlist and contacted on a first-come, first-served basis once a clinic date is established.

Facilitates the adoption of stray and surrendered dogs and cats. All dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.   Operates a monthly pet food pantry. Pet owners may apply for monthly pet food or one-time emergency assistance for 30 days worth of supplies. Pays up to $500 in vet bills to low-income Auburn residents. Provides temporary housing and care for owned pets if the owner is temporarily unable to care for their pets.

Financial assistance to pet owners for emergency vet care.

Pays for pre-approved emergency veterinary care for people who are homeless and for veterans who in VA Housing Programs.

Offers two grants for animal care: RedRover Relief helps owners with animals who need immediate veterinary care to survive.   Not every applicant will receive assistance.   The typical grant is $200-$300, and is intended to fill a small gap in funding that is keeping an animal from care.   Decisions are based upon several factors, including: -  Medical urgency -  Financial need -  Available funding -  Eligibility Safe Escape Grants help with the cost of temporary pet boarding while a client is in a domestic violence shelter, though other costs associated with boarding (like vaccinations) can be considered. Grant applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Grants are awarded based upon several factors, including: - Urgency - Financial need - Available funding

Helps low-income seniors within the Puget Sound community whose pets need emergency veterinary care which may include surgical procedures and euthanasia.   Works directly with veterinarians.

Helps low-income residents of Kitsap and North Mason Counties get basic health care for their pets.  Appointment availability is limited, may not be able to help with urgent needs.

Provides financial assistance up to $500 to owners of domestic animals who need veterinary care. Assistance is for non-basic, non-urgent care, such as cancer treatment, heart disease, chronic conditions, endocrine diseases, eye diseases, etc. Program has a waiting list and cannot assist with emergencies. Contributions are paid directly to the treating veterinarian.

Offers up to $300 in veterinary care to low-income seniors. Program covers cats, dogs, non-exotic small mammals, reptiles, and birds. Can provide help with up to two pets per year. May cover: - spay and neuter costs - routine wellness (yearly visits, vaccines, flea treatments dispersed at appointments, etc.) - emergency and non-routine visits like limping, open wounds/sores, broken bones, etc., and - boarding fees for qualifying conditions (like a temporary stay at a rehabilitation facility, - pet quality of life/euthanasia appointments and fees.

Qualified pet owners receive financial assistance for pet medical care at a veterinary partner clinic currently accepting Concern for Animals vouchers. Pet medical assistance cannot be applied for outstanding bills, prescription refills, flea treatment or annual wellness exams.

Low-Income Spay and Neuter Clinics for income qualified individuals and their pets.

Provides assistance for people facing barriers in accessing housing due to a pet deposit fee or struggling with high or unexpected costs challenging their ability to keep their pets healthy and safe at home. Also assists families needing help with lifesaving or life-extending treatment for a sick or injured pet.

Offers a no-kill shelter for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned pets.  Spay/Neuter is our Mission Statement

Provides discounted dental cleaning services to cats and dogs.

Provides limited veterinary care when funding is available in exchange for volunteer work at the shelter or payback in cash on a monthly basis without interest. This service is available only for those who are currently on food stamps. It requires ID, current food stamp card and contract for pay-back. Does not offer financial assistance for routine care such as office visits, vaccines, nail trims, prescriptions or the like. Spays/neuters are referred to NOAH.
