Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Social worker provides information and referral for older adults. Connects seniors to services to meet basic needs such as housing, transportation, food security and mental health, among others. Facilitates a caregivers and other support groups.

Provides mental health evaluations and individual, faith-based, and family counseling. Offers psychiatric medication evaluation and management services.

Treatment begins with a 30-minute consultation session where a behavioral health provider will gather information about a problem and recommend brief interventions. This commonly occurs during an appointment with the primary care provider. Works with the patient to create an effective treatment plan that takes into account the patient's unique traditions and cultural practices. Helps the patient implement previous skills, learn new skills, and make changes to become well. If treatment requires medication, treatment team will either obtain recommendations from or refer to a specialist with advanced expertise. The behavioral health provider works jointly with patients, primary care providers and other health care team members to evaluate and treat any health concerns affected by behavior.

Services include individual counseling, family counseling, group therapy, and child and family team coordination.

Licensed counselors and interns under licensed supervision administer weekly counseling services for individuals, couples and families for psychological, relationship and spiritual concerns.   Licensed and registered health professionals and graduate school interns volunteer to provide services.
