Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. This course may also be obtained through on-line course. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world. DUI Evaluations: Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment. Outpatient Treatment: Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

This is the office that provides probation, detention, diagnostic evaluation, diversion, guardian ad litems, outpatient drug and alcohol treatments, prevention services for at-risk youth and truancy services for youth and families who have been ordered into services by the court.

Victims of DUI-related accidents share their stories of loss with the public with the hope that their stories may deter others from driving while under the influence. Court ordered offenders, driver's education students, and the general public may attend. Children under the age of 13 may not attend. Drop-ins are allowed if space is available. Attendees must be in their seats by the time the panel starts, no late entries are allowed. Attendees must also be drug and alcohol free, and may be subject to a random breathalyzer test.

This is a state-certified chemical dependency treatment facility for adults. Treatment approach blends ancient tribal customs, teachings, and traditions with modern treatment practices.

This 8 hour class discusses the psychological, sociological, and physiological aspects of alcohol and drug consumption and overall traffic safety. Often times DUI charges are reduced or dismissed after the completion of this class.

Offers intensive outpatient (meets 3 times a week) and Level I outpatient (once a week program) services for adults. Youth services include outpatient and outreach activities, diagnostic evaluations, and group or individual therapy for the client and their family. Also provides ADATSA, DUI, and Deferred Prosecution assessments and treatment, aftercare groups, monthly monitoring services, and family services.

These panels are comprised of people who have been affected by drunk driving.  They simply tell their stories of how their lives have been changed by an alcohol-impaired driver.  It provides a new and personal insight to the offender of the tragic consequences of drunk driving.

The victim's panel is made up of volunteers who have been harmed or have harmed by an impaired driver.

HarborCrest’s ADIS is an informational class that is approved by Washington State to educate clients on the dangers of the use and or misuse of alcohol or other drugs. This class encourages participants to engage in effective decision making and focuses on the reduction of returning to habits that endanger not only their lives but also the lives of others. This class provides accurate information about alcohol and drugs to aid clients in developing a plan to help them make changes in high-risk substance use behaviors.   ### The Course consists of:   - Evaluating That Participants Are Responsible For The Choices They Make   - Empowering Participants to Change Their Behavior   - Enhancing Awareness Of Consequences Of High-risk Behaviors   - Recognizing the Diversity Of Its Participants In Terms Of Their Relationship To Alcohol and/or Other Drugs, Experiences, Family, Culture, Education, And Motivation to Change   Existing Attitudes and Behaviors.  Class runs from 8am-4:30pm on the second Saturday of the month.

Coordinates care with primary care physicians, social services, and court systems. Provides monthly status reports of patient's progress in treatment to courts or other referral sources. Also provides a variety of ancillary services (tuberculosis testing, HIV testing, hepatitis c education, medication monitoring, etc.).

Designed to give DUI offenders the desire to not drink and drive by listening to victims of impaired driving share their stories about the personal devastation encountered due to impaired driving. Attempts to make the consequences of impaired driving seem real to the participants and encourage modified attitudes as well as behavior.
