Provides a way for King County residents to report hate crimes and bias incidents. Phone workers will help determine if the caller or the person who experienced harm needs professional support and link them to the appropriate services. By reporting, callers contribute to identifying patterns of hate and bias, which helps community organizations understand the scope of these incidents and develop targeted prevention strategies.

Total household income must be within the income guidelines. Funding is from the county and administered through agency partners.

Delivers meals to the homes of homebound elderly and disabled persons throughout the greater Spokane Valley area during the work week. Frozen meals are provided for the weekends and liquid nutrition is also available.

Operates the primary telephone access point for all those in King County experiencing an emotional crisis.   Trained volunteer phone workers assist callers in personal crises by offering emotional support as well as community resource information and referral. A crisis may involve threats of violence, thoughts of despair or suicide, relationship troubles or any other situation which causes emotional distress.   Those not in emotional crises may also call to learn about counseling and other mental health care resources.   Connection to professional responders when needed, including: - Mobile Crisis Teams (MCT) - Designated Crisis Responders (DCR) (i.e. outreach and involuntary commitment) - Children's Crisis Outreach Response System (CCORS), a service of YMCA - Next Day Mental Health Appointments (NDA)

Transitional housing is available through Miryam’s House, where nine women experiencing homelessness are encouraged down the path to recovery and stability through case management and life-skills education. Life at Miryam’s House includes wrap-around supportive services, one-on-one case management, life-skills education, and continuing support for residents through an Alumnae Program. Women eligible for housing are homeless.

Commonly prescribed medications include antibiotics when indicated, allergy medications, anti-nausea medications, and various skin creams or ointments.   Does not prescribe narcotic medications, anti-anxiety medications or anti-depressant medications. Visits typically last about 15 minutes.   A summary of the visit will be delivered to the email address that the user provided when they set up their account. All MultiCare locations are connected to its electronic health record system. This means that any MultiCare provider has access to established patients' medical information to better coordinate care.
