Elders Nutrition Program offers congregate meals to Elders of Fidalgo Island twice a week.  Blood pressure checks and diabetes counseling are offered on Wednesday.

Serves a Japanese and American style lunch. Provides a congregate meal program to seniors ages 60 and older.   Serves balanced meals in welcoming group settings. A menu calendar is available on the website.

The Senior Nutrition Program consists of both congregate nutrition services to help increase the nutrient intake of older individuals who might not eat adequately, and through better nutrition, assist them to remain healthy and independent in their communities. The client base is senior citizens over 60+, unless a person younger and accompanied by a senior. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week.

Homage Senior Services offers hot, nutritious meals to seniors at sites throughout Snohomish County. Each meal provides at least one-third of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowances for older adults.

The meal site provides sit-down lunch & bingo for senior citizens, ages 60 and older on M, W, F, 11am-12:30pm. Meals provided by Catholic Community Services and their volunteers.

In partnership with the Potlatch Bistro, and in an effort to curb food insecurity for seniors, we offer a subsidized lunch for those 60 and older. Those who can are asked to make a $5 contribution towards the cost of their meal. No senior is turned away for not being able to pay.

Provides an Asian-themed hot meal Wednesdays and Fridays.

Senior Services of Snohomish County partners with senior centers, Senior Information and Assistance and other community groups to provide hot nutritious meals to seniors at sites throughout Snohomish County.  Each meal provides at least one-third of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowances for older adults.

Provides nutritious meals and fitness programs designed for East African elders. Additional services available, including social services through Sound Generations, bus passes, recreational activities, cultural celebrations, medical checkups, etc.

The Senior Center offers a wide range of activities from fitness/wellness classes, pickleball, educational classes, card games, and day trips. They also publish a monthly newsletter. Coastal Community Action Program runs the Senior Nutrition lunch program and meals are served, Mon-Fri, between 12pm and 1pm (no need for reservations and you can show up anytime between 12-1p. Home delivery is available. Other services include: support groups, Medicare assistance, Senior Information and assistance, foot care, and massage.
