Provides permanent supportive housing for single adult veterans experiencing homelessness through a tiny-home village model serving up to 30 residents. The program offers on-site supportive services within a recovery-focused, clean and sober living environment to promote long-term housing stability. Residents live in fully furnished, single-occupancy tiny homes equipped with a private shower, toilet, sink, wall heater, microwave, and crockpot. They also have access to shared community spaces. This village is exclusively for veterans in Mason County.

Offers a variety of affordable housing options throughout Walla Walla County for families, disabled, and elderly who are low income.   -  Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher: federally funded program which provides tenant based rental assistance to eligible families. Eligible families pay approximately 30-40% of their monthly adjusted gross income towards their tenant rent. -  Affordable Housing: rental units for households of very-low to moderate income who might not be able to locate suitable housing in the private rental market. Eligible families are offered a unit according to the necessary bedroom size of the family's composition. -  Tenant Based Rental Assistance: tenant based rental assistance to eligible families. Also assists eligible families with security and utility deposits. The target population is single homeless females and homeless families with children.

The Housing Choice Voucher program (commonly known as Section 8) is a rent subsidy program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the Everett Housing Authority (EHA). The voucher program waiting list is only opened periodically. EHA will post information about current waiting list openings on its website. Applications are accepted online only.

Provides low-cost permanent housing apartments. Units are one bedroom and studios. Laundry room on site. Apartments have private bathrooms and kitchens in units. Monthly rental rate includes water, sewer, garbage collection, electricity and gas.

Provides subsidized, one bedroom units for low income seniors (62 and over) or disabled.   There is a waiting list for the apartments.   Units include a washer/dryer and a heat pump (heat and air conditioning). Water, garbage and electric are included in the rent.   Residents are responsible for their own cable and phone.

Manages affordable one- and two- bedroom apartment housing throughout King County and western Washington for age and income qualified senior residents. Qualifications are building specific and vary with each location. Apartments and buildings are wheelchair accessible and many are barrier free. Waiting lists apply for some buildings. We have availability if someone is flexible with their location. Rents vary with apartment size and building. Laundry facilities are located in each building. Provides several programs in Thurston County designed to help low income households obtain and keep affordable housing. Rental Assistance Division: - Administers Housing Choice Vouchers in addition to several other smaller rental assistance programs. To compliment the Voucher program, a Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator helps heads of households to work toward independence from public benefits. Housing Services Division: - Providing homeless shelter, housing and services, aimed at self-sufficiency. Referrals to this service come from the Coordinated Entry System. Manages 11 properties, in the Columbia City, Genesee and TOD Development Overlay neighborhoods, offering a total of about 750 units. Unit sizes range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Other housing properties owned by SEED are managed by Coast property Management. Also contributes to economic development of the region by investing in local business enterprises.
