The Housing Choice Voucher program (commonly known as Section 8) is a rent subsidy program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the Everett Housing Authority (EHA). The voucher program waiting list is only opened periodically. EHA will post information about current waiting list openings on its website. Applications are accepted online only.
