Provides 50 studio and one bedroom units for low income seniors. Five units may be used by those younger than 62 that have a disability and need an accessible apartment. Waiting list is approximately three years long. There is an application to fill out to get onto the wait list. Owned and operated by Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington.

Offers a variety of affordable housing options throughout Walla Walla County for families, disabled, and elderly who are low income.   -  Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher: federally funded program which provides tenant based rental assistance to eligible families. Eligible families pay approximately 30-40% of their monthly adjusted gross income towards their tenant rent. -  Affordable Housing: rental units for households of very-low to moderate income who might not be able to locate suitable housing in the private rental market. Eligible families are offered a unit according to the necessary bedroom size of the family's composition. -  Tenant Based Rental Assistance: tenant based rental assistance to eligible families. Also assists eligible families with security and utility deposits. The target population is single homeless females and homeless families with children.

Provides a 24-unit apartment complex that offers affordable rentals to income qualified families. This complex consists of twenty 2-bedroom units and four 3-bedroom units. Also has five housing units throughout the county and 3 ADA compliant units.

Provides affordable housing, housing subsidies, homeownership, and self-sufficiency opportunities. Two core programs are Section 8 and project-based rent assistance. Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV): Federally funded housing assistance program offering rental assistance for older adults, adults with disabilities, and very low-income families. Project-based rent assistance: Provides non-emergency subsidized apartment complexes in Longview, Cathlamet, Raymond, South Bend, and Woodland. Assistance is attached to the unit.

Provides low-income housing for seniors or disabled individuals that meet the qualifications.

Maintains lists of subsidized and affordable (non-subsidized) housing properties managed by other agencies. Includes housing opportunities for low-income families, seniors, and special needs individuals.

Administers 625 Housing Choice Vouchers. These vouchers are used to subsidize program participants’ lease payments for privately owned apartments and houses located within the Housing Authority’s service area. Agricultural workers can also submit applications for the USDA subsidized apartments and Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Owns and/or manages Burlington Terrace Apartments and Raspberry Ridge I & II Apartments in Burlington, and La Paloma Apartments, Mount Baker Meadows and President Apartments in Mount Vernon.

Provides income based housing to families, seniors and those with disabilities. There are 31 rentable 2 or 3 bedroom units. Households must be at least two people for a two bedroom unit, and at least three people for a three bedroom unit. Does not accept the Section 8 vouchers because it is subsidized housing. Allows one service animal per household. Documentation is required. Does not accept applicants with evictions; any felonies must be over 10 years old; and no sexual offenders.

Provides a subsidized housing list of available units.

Low income people can apply for assistance paying for their rent.Once you are accepted for Section 8, you pay a small percentage of the actual costs.

Onsite supportive services. - Compass on Dexter - 72 units - 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms; 30% and 50% AMI; Onsite supportive services. - Compass Courts - 45 units - 50% AMI only - Compass Dekko Place - 50 units - 30%, 50%, & 60% AMI. Provides conventional low-income public housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, and affordable apartments throughout the Benton and Franklin Counties. Has 280 housing units owned and maintained by the Housing Authority. Housing is federally subsidized for extremely low, very low, and low income populations. Affordable Apartments: Provides non-subsidized below market rate apartments available to those whose income is at 30% to 80% of area median income. Units are1 to 6 bedrooms.

Provides affordable housing for older adults and individuals with disabilities, at 23 multi-family, low-rise buildings within the city of Seattle. Units are mostly one-bedroom, with a limited number of two-bedrooms. All buildings are owned by the Seattle Housing Authority. All units are wheelchair accessible.

Provides rental subsidy housing for eligible low-income households in Asotin County. Has also implemented a local preference for the 5 counties around the area.

Manages low-income apartments for income-eligible families that meet the requirements. Accepts one pets under 20 lbs per unit.

Develops and manages affordable housing throughout Washington state. Provides subsidized rental housing for older adults who meet federal income guidelines. Operates 4 properties: - Kirkland Union Manors: 3530 SE 84th Avenue, Portland, OR 97266. - Kirkland Union Plaza: 1414 Kauffman Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98660. - Marshall Union Manor: 2020 NW Northrup Street, Portland, OR 97209. - Westmoreland's Manor: 6404 SE 23rd Avenue, Portland, OR 97202.

Provides affordable housing to individuals 55 years of age and older or disabled 18 years and older.

Provides affordable rental-housing program for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.  Also offers sweat-equity, home ownership down payment grants, financial independence programs, and deposit assistance.

Provides help to veterans in accessing VA and community services. Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance with expediting VA Benefit claims and access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Access to computers, clothing, and hygiene items is available onsite.

Fishline's Comprehensive Services Center offers various support programs offered through on-site partner agencies. These services include housing assistance through the Kitsap County Housing and Essential Needs Program, which provides rental assistance, security deposits, and essential needs like hygiene items. The Kitsap Division of Aging and Long Term Care offers resources for older adults and adults with disabilities. The Housing Solutions Center provides housing assistance, including shelters and rental aid. NAMI Kitsap offers mental health support groups, while Peninsula Community Health Services provides dental care on a sliding scale. Additionally, Soundworks Job Center helps low-income and homeless individuals, as well as veterans, find employment.

Provides low-income housing for Tulalip tribe members and other Native Americans meeting federal guidelines. Tribal members are sent to Stillaguamish Tribes for Section 8.  

Provides low-income, subsidized, agricultural, and senior housing at multiple location in Okanogan County, as well as Section 8 vouchers for those who qualify.

Provides public housing for very low income people. To receive the assistance, individuals must apply and meet income qualifications. Applicants are placed on a waiting list and contacted when housing becomes available. This is NOT emergency housing.
