Family medicine providers are doctors, physician assistants and advanced registered nurse practitioners who provide care during and after the pregnancy, assist with delivery. Families can continue to see the same family medicine provider they saw during the pregnancy. Patients deliver at Swedish First Hill Birth Center.

Provides comprehensive medical care and patient education for pregnancy, postpartum care, baby care, breastfeeding, family planning, care of older children, dealing with stress, chemical dependency, domestic violence and more.   On-site social workers provide group or individual counseling, group activities, peer support and community referrals.

Provides medical health care, diagnosis, and treatment for adults and children in Grant County. Services include: pediatric care (including well baby and child exams); women's health care; laboratory tests and X-rays; physical examination (pre-employment, routine, and annual); minor surgery (including skin biopsies); work related injury treatment; sports physicals; blood pressure screening; immunizations; and TB screening, to name a few.

Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum women and infants and children under age 5.   Offers: -  Nutrition and health assessments and education -  Breastfeeding counseling -  Vouchers for specific nutritious foods -  Health screenings and referrals -  Referrals to other health and social programs Monthly benefits are valued at approximately $150 for a family of two per month for nutritious foods. Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $28 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $84 per family.

The WIC program provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and post-partum women and infants and children under age 5. For babies over six months of age participants can buy cereal and jarred baby foods. Infant formula is available for babies who are not breastfed. Provides holistic pregnancy (prenatal) care, delivery and postpartum care (after baby is born) through certified nurse-midwives who have gone through advanced training to care for patients across their life span.   Midwives attempt to reduce Cesarean-section rates, traumatic deliveries and unneeded medical intervention.   Connects patients with community resources, and helps them understand their health care options.   Deliveries are at Swedish First Hill Birth Center.

Provides pregnancy and parenting support programs. Services include pregnancy support, options and birth control counseling, family planning, doula services, breastfeeding support, post-partum depression, post-abortion and miscarriage help, and parenting help.

Provides IUDs, vasectomies, contraceptives, sexually transmitted disease screenings, pap smears, and reproductive health counseling. Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits. Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.

Maternal Health Services provides community-based programs and services focused on providing preventive health and education for growing families throughout Central Washington. With a staff dedicated to giving families a healthy, hopeful start in life, Maternal Health Services offers programs in genetic counseling, maternity support services, maternal child health home visiting and coordination of regional perinatal improvement programs. The New Parent Support Team (NPST) is a voluntary program for expectant/new Navy parents.  Home visitation is the core service, with a focus on the health needs of infants and toddlers, prenatal and postnatal care, parent education, family/social support, and resources within the community.  Services focus on supporting the parent as well as parent-child interaction and child development.

The Center offers general outpatient clinic services. Provides general comprehensive medical and dental, mental health and substance abuse counseling, WIC, family planning, community health outreach (CHR) and health education.
