Provides care that simplifies functional living and promotes patient independence through ergonomic and adaptive consultations, therapies and equipment. Occupational therapists develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, with input from both physician and patient.

Assists children and adults with disabilities in overcoming barriers faced in the workplace, school, at home or in recreational activities.   Services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and assistive technology.   Therapists work directly with clients, traveling to their home, work place or school as necessary and coordinating with the critical members of that individual’s team, including the family, employer, counselor and vendor. Assistive technology program provides a variety of services including communication, visual and auditory aids.

Provides early intervention therapy and education support services for children ages birth to three in their natural environment. Sponsors 14 mobile units that provide physician-prescribed in-home occupational and physical therapy to children with disabilities throughout Washington.   Staff trains parents or guardians to administer treatment between visits from the mobile units.

Home-based therapy program provides early intervention services (Speech, Occupational, Physical, Oral motor therapies, early education, and Family Resource Coordination) for families and children ages birth to three, with a developmental delay or a diagnosed disability including: -  Down syndrome -  Cerebral palsy -  Autism spectrum disorders   Services are provided in a child's natural environment, a place the child normally is during the day including home, daycare, a relative's home, or a community setting.    Information is shared with the family about child development and strategies are provided to help families feel supported as their child's primary teacher.

Provides several outpatient programs. Services include occupational, speech and respiratory therapies.   Other services available are:   -  Day surgery -  Dietary counseling -  Geropsychiatry -  Laboratory work   -  Radiology, ultrasound, EKG/EEG, CT scanner and MRI scanner services    Occupational health services include training for infection control, occupational health and AIDS, etc. Provides physical therapy services, including sports therapy clinic for orthopedic injuries.

Provide a continuum of care that is both comprehensive and multidisciplinary, which features an integrated team of therapists, aides, and other essential members of the care team.  Therapy services focus on helping our patients reach maximum functional independence in activities of daily living, improving wellness and overall fitness following injury, surgery, disease or onset of pain.  Treats a wide variety of diagnoses, which may include: Neurological, Orthopedic/post-operative, Cardiac, Cancer, and other general medical.   Additional outpatient services include: Physical Therapy- gait/balance training, On-the-job injuries, strength and conditioning programs, treatment of urinary and bowel incontinence with biofeedback, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction/pain, and vestibular rehabilitation. Occupational Therapy- Instruction in adaptive techniques and equipment, hand/UE splinting, home safety evaluations, driving safety screens, work site assessment, arthritis/fibromyalgia therapy, and fatigue management.  Speech Pathology Services- Evaluation and treatment of disorders of speech and language, cognition, swallowing, and voice.

Provides intensive rehabilitative services on a 24 hour basis for patients severely disabled as a result of injury or disease. Services may include a thorough evaluation of the person's abilities/disabilities and a rehabilitation plan.

Provides outpatient services in cancer, cardiac, high-risk pregnancy, home health, hospice, incontinence, neurosciences, orthopedics, pain management, rehabilitation, senior health, sleep disorders and a pulmonary clinic.

Center-based therapy program provides physical and occupational therapy and speech therapy.   In-home services may be arranged.   Services include individual therapy sessions to address specific developmental difficulties; parents are encouraged to ask questions, express concerns, and share hopes with center staff and other parents. Joya provides comprehensive developmental evaluation as well as feeding therapy and nutrition services for children from birth to age three who are not meeting age-appropriate developmental milestones or are at risk of developmental delay for any reason.

Provides speech and occupation therapy to ages 12 and under.

Provides a continuum of care to bridge the transition from inpatient to outpatient care. Offers physical, occupational and speech-language therapists to help with medical and surgical rehabilitation services.   Provides comprehensive treatment for post-surgical recovery, acute injury, sports injuries, work-related conditions and other medical needs.

Sherwood provides therapy and education for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have developmental disabilities or are diagnosed with a medical condition known to place a child at risk for delays. Services are provided in the child’s natural environment including the family home, daycare, or other community setting. Therapists and educators utilize a parent coaching model that encourages family involvement. The specialists meet with the family to assess the child’s abilities and then work together to develop a plan to achieve the best outcome for the child. The ultimate goal is to provide supports to help the child reach their developmental milestones. Even those that do not reach developmental milestones by age 3 are further prepared for kindergarten and are more independent in adult life.

Provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, available to inpatient and outpatient basis through the hospital, transitional care, the outpatient therapy clinic, and home health. Offers a general medical care, including fully equipped Level Five trauma emergency room; family practice/primary health care; complete medical center with ambulatory services; physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and MAT services.
