Provides an 8-hour class designed to teach members of the public how to respond in a mental health crisis and offer support until professional help is received. The goal is to preserve life when a person may be a danger to self/others, prevent the problem from becoming more serious, promote and enhance recovery, provide comfort and support, as well as build an understanding of the importance of early intervention. Provides education on signs and symptoms of various mental disorders including anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance use, eating disorders, intentional self-injury, trauma, psychosis, disruptive behavior disorders; Offers blueprint for providing comfort, reducing distress, and promoting recovery. This program is provided by Ellensburg School District and Comprehensive Mental Health.

Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Provides intensive, short-term (3-5 months) home, school, and community-based services to adolescents and their families who are experiencing family conflicts, troubles in school, contact with juvenile justice system, mental health issues, anti-social behavior, and/or are or have been involved with Child Welfare. Designed to build improved positive relationships, improved school functioning, and decrease negative behavior and involvement with the legal system. Provides the client and family services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, when and where those services are needed. Program may involve family therapy, marital therapy, individual treatment, case management, crisis stabilization, psychiatric medication, evaluations of the youth's peer network, consultation with schools and other service providers, and liaison activities with the schools, courts, and mental health providers. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Inclusive Community Care - Culturally competent care for Latinos, Mexicans and Chicanos, plus all immigrant and refugee populations Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Addiction - Evidence-based substance used treatment program shown to sustain recovery and prevent overdoses; combines medication, counseling and support Pathways - Holistic substance abuse treatment program for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Additional adult client services include on-site primary healthcare, dental and pharmacy; supportive housing services.

Provides substance dependency assessment and treatment for 2-4 hours per week with individual, family, and group services. Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) can be from 8-12 hours per week with individual, family, and group services.

The Deaf and hard of hearing substance use treatment program is one of only a handful in the country.

Assists individuals in applying for and receiving appropriate services depending on their level of need.  Triage services ensure that individuals are served in order of presenting need - that is, that those most acutely in need are served first.  Access to services can be accomplished as follows:  *Emergency or Crisis Access * - for anyone who believes they have a need.  Call (360) 385-0321 and identify the need as emergent or urgent, or come to the agency during office hours, M-F, 8am-5pm, and identify the need as emergent or urgent.  *Routine Services* - Call (360) 385-0321 to discuss your needs with a screener, and arrange an evaluation.   *In-patient Treatment Access* - In-patient psychiatric service requests for individuals who have (or may be eligible by reason of a hospitalization for) Medicaid coverage must be pre-authorized. DBH is the Salish BHO East Jefferson County authorizing agent for all Medicaid inpatient services. Contact (360) 385-0321 and ask for the On-Call DCR.  An evaluation will take place and the need for hospitalization will be reviewed; all lesser restrictive or intrusive treatments will be identified and pursued.

Provides outpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health needs. This program may include psychiatric services including evaluations and medication management which may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and/or Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST). Offers the following: -  Individual Therapy: designed to assist in attaining the goals developed and identified on the service plan. The treatment services are conducted by a mental health professional with individuals and any persons who are natural supports in their lives. -  Family Therapy: services are provided for the direct benefit of an individual, with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance. Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. There are groups for children, adolescents and adults. Group types include:     *  Support     *  Psycho-education     *  Discussion     *  Growth and Experiential     *  Therapy
