Offers free 24-hour access to Washington 211's online database of social and human service agencies.   Online database features links to information and referrals for the following categories and more:   -  Disabilities -  Domestic Violence -  Education and Employment -  Financial Assistance, Information, and Education -  Food and Clothing -  Health and Dental Care -  Housing and Shelter -  Mental Health -  Older Adults -  Substance Use Disorder -  Transportation -  Veterans   The online database is a modified version of the in-house database used by Washington 211.

Provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and business contacts among gay and lesbian business owners and other professionals.   Holds over 60 events per year.    Publishes "The Guide," a free directory of member businesses. It includes gay and lesbian businesses specializing in:   -  Health -  Mental health and support services -  Law -  Recreational activities -  Political and religious organizations -  Bars -  Restaurants and clubs   Also publishes "The Perspective," a quarterly newsletter.

Provides information and referrals for City of Seattle government services, such as whom to call and general operational issues. Provides information on city government department policies, procedures and codes.  Investigates complaints lodged against city of Seattle offices. (NOTE: Does not handle complaints regarding elected officials). Provides a neutral forum to file a complaint, suggestion or an opinion about a city department or service. Publishes Customer Information Guide yearly.  Conducts an impartial investigation of customer's allegations of unfairness by a city department. Recommends appropriate action and/or changes in policy and procedures to city departments or the Mayor. Provides an alternate forum for citizens to report concerns about police conduct. The Customer Service Bureau will receive and document concerns about police and file them with the Seattle Police Department Office of Police Accountability Investigation section.

Provides a portable, pocket-sized guidebook connecting people to services like meals, shelters, treatment centers, and more. Information in the Guide is updated every year. The Guide is distributed through a network of over 200 partners including a peer network of vendors, service providers, metro bus drivers, emergency first responders, and more. As more agencies move their information online, this printed guide is available for people who do not have reliable access to technology to connect to supportive services.

Offers information on funerals, including a biennial price survey of nearly all funeral homes in Washington state. Educational resources including recordings of classes and paperwork to assist in pre-planning is available for free on our website. People's Memorial Association facilitates over 30 community education classes annual the public about their rights and options. Members receive discounts at specific funeral homes and cemeteries.

Provides information and referral to local community resources for those seeking rent/utility assistance, minor housing repair assistance, navigation services, and other social services. Publishes a community resource guide.

Hosts the HELP YOURSELF group on Facebook. Members can search for posts about resources to meet specific needs. For example, they can find resources for free diapers, food, hygiene, furniture, pet care, childcare, legal help, immigration help, and free programs for the holidays (e.g., where to get Thanksgiving Meal or Christmas gifts).

A national resource directory on childhood cancer.

Maintains a website with lists of different residential care options including Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes. Search is by ZIP code or county. Provides information on whether residential care options accept Medicaid. Also lists recent inspection reports for each facility when available.

Provides directories on various types of businesses, including manufacturing, technology, international trade, community information/referral, etc.  Also offers a career assessment by appointment.  Provides a variety of career description resources (books and videos) as well as college directories, catalogs, scholarship books, and business start-up information.

211info's Outreach Team provides marketing materials and presentations to the community and agencies. Materials are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Chuukese, Somali, Arabic, Russian.

The 211info Resource Department maintains and updates an informational database (ReferNet) which provides comprehensive information and referral of social services to community members. Provides assistance to community partners that need to update or change their listing in the 211info databse, or those looking to get listed. For childcare providers, 211info utilizes the Find Child Care Oregon (FCCO) statewide database for referrals. Updates to that system can be made through the local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency.
