EnhanceFitness Program A group exercise program for seniors that offers low-cost, one hour supervised classes for ongoing sessions of three classes per week.  Components of the class include strength training with wrist and ankle weights and aerobics, balance and stretching.  EnhanceWellness Program  A comprehensive participant centered health behavior change program, which includes assessment of health status, personal guidance to improve health, and ongoing support to choose a healthier lifestyle.  A Registered Nurse and Social Worker work with participants on issues they have chosen to address.  Trained volunteers, called health mentors, assist participants, as requested, in achieving their desired health goals.

The WhidbeyHealth Diabetes Education program is accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators, which recognizes our comprehensive approach in meeting the needs of individuals living with diabetes. Through ongoing education classes and support groups for those living with diabetes or for diabetes prevention, WhidbeyHealth Diabetes educators are ready and available to the Whidbey Island community. Through this program we strive to enhance the management of your diabetes by teaching you how to make the healthiest choices daily. We can also show you how to improve the effectiveness of diabetes medications with increased activity and the proper diet. Our goal is to provide the convenience of expert diabetes management close to home.

Offers a low-cost, comprehensive system of health promotion and disease management programs to improve the health and functioning of older adults.    Enhance Wellness Connects participants with a personal health and wellness coach to improve physical, emotional and social well-being. After completing a health assessment, participants develop a personalized Health Action Plan. The participant's physician is kept informed of progress throughout the program. Located at numerous sites in King County. Coaching lasts about six months. Enhance Fitness Group exercise program designed to improve older adults' physical conditioning level and decreases risk of falling. Each class includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and balance and stretching exercises. Located at numerous sites in King County.

Coordinates group classes for those with Type 1, Type 2 or gestational diabetes. Includes information about carb counting, meal planning, understanding medications, and physical activity. Individual sessions are available for diabetes patients who are newly diagnosed or who have special needs.

Provides programs and services for youth, teens, and families that span a range of activities for all generations designed for fun in a safe, caring, and welcoming environment. Includes designated times for families at the YMCA. Individuals can participate in programs that meet the needs and interest of individuals, or have fun at special events. Services include: fitness center, swimming pool, teen center, group exercise classes, basketball, racquetball, water exercise classes, and personal fitness program. Also offers health and wellness programs, such as group exercise, wellness coaching, adult sports, aquatic, lifeguard certification course, and cancer survivorship rehabilitation.

Bridgeview Resource Center is a community building that houses multiple services through partnering agencies, including housing, employment, financial management, food, educational, health, aging and disability, and crisis services.
