Provides programs and services for youth, teens, and families that span a range of activities for all generations designed for fun in a safe, caring, and welcoming environment. Includes designated times for families at the YMCA. Individuals can participate in programs that meet the needs and interest of individuals, or have fun at special events. Services include: fitness center, swimming pool, teen center, group exercise classes, basketball, racquetball, water exercise classes, and personal fitness program. Also offers health and wellness programs, such as group exercise, wellness coaching, adult sports, aquatic, lifeguard certification course, and cancer survivorship rehabilitation.

Services support participants that have serious chronic health conditions and social service needs. The program provides care coordination with medical and behavioral health as well as long term services and support through a person-centered action plan at no cost to the participant. Services include provider management, appointment assistance and connecting with community resources.

The WhidbeyHealth Diabetes Education program is accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators, which recognizes our comprehensive approach in meeting the needs of individuals living with diabetes. Through ongoing education classes and support groups for those living with diabetes or for diabetes prevention, WhidbeyHealth Diabetes educators are ready and available to the Whidbey Island community. Through this program we strive to enhance the management of your diabetes by teaching you how to make the healthiest choices daily. We can also show you how to improve the effectiveness of diabetes medications with increased activity and the proper diet. Our goal is to provide the convenience of expert diabetes management close to home.

Offers several exercise programs including balance exercises, get moving, meditation, tai chi, and several yoga classes including: hatha, gentle chair, strong bodies/strong bones, and rejuvenating yoga. Coordinates a low-cost, comprehensive system of health promotion and disease management programs, including the Enhance Fitness Program, which offers group exercise for older adults. The program is designed to improve older adults' physical conditioning level and decrease risk of falling. Classes are held three times a week and each hour-long class includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and balance and stretching exercises. Enhance Fitness Program is a program of Senior Wellness Project of Sound Generations and is offered primarily at senior centers throughout King County.

Provides year round programs and other activities for teens such as dance, bible study, skiing/snow boarding, and Friday night activities.

EnhanceFitness Program A group exercise program for seniors that offers low-cost, one hour supervised classes for ongoing sessions of three classes per week.  Components of the class include strength training with wrist and ankle weights and aerobics, balance and stretching.  EnhanceWellness Program  A comprehensive participant centered health behavior change program, which includes assessment of health status, personal guidance to improve health, and ongoing support to choose a healthier lifestyle.  A Registered Nurse and Social Worker work with participants on issues they have chosen to address.  Trained volunteers, called health mentors, assist participants, as requested, in achieving their desired health goals.

Services include: - Free Medical Clinic for uninsured low-income adults - Mobile dental clinic in partnership with PCHS (sliding scale cost paid to PCHS) - Diabetes class in Spanish - Monthly food/clothing distribution events - Resource navigation and referrals for housing, legal aid, education, employment, identification documents, financial management, charity care, and more - Limited temporary emergency rent assistance for existing clients - Carseats - Youth programming for middle- and high-school students - Annual holiday celebration - Community education and advocacy

Offers free education materials and classes to help those with limited income to prepare nutritious foods on a budget, understand healthy eating, food safety, and meal planning.
