Provides information and support services to people with Spina Bifida and families who have children with Spina Bifida.   Coordinates mentoring groups, and offers limited financial assistance to help with medical costs associated with Spina Bifida. Organizes informal get-togethers for people associated with the organization and others interested in Spina Bifida.

Dialysis -  Provides outpatient dialysis services for both hemo and peritoneal dialysis. -  Provides information, training and ongoing support for home dialysis. -  For home dialysis, patients start their dialysis in the clinic and continue with a dialysis machine at home. Support services -  Offers financial counseling, information and referral for patients.   -  Offers information about diet and exercise that can slow or stop kidney disease from progressing. -  Provides mutual support opportunities for renal patients, families and friends. -  Provides travel information for visiting dialysis patients from other centers.   Offers a free class for people with chronic kidney disease that gives them an opportunity to learn about dialysis treatment options, including transplant, and how to plan and prepare for treatment. Offers support and assistance for Service members and Family members with special needs. This may include referral to: - community resources and assistance, - education, - training and recreational activities, - help with the special needs accommodation process, - and EFMP support groups.

Adult sibs have bi-monthly meet-ups to connect with each other, share resources and gain information.

Provides practical and emotional support services to children and their families who have been affected by childhood cancer. Families are served from diagnosis through treatment, and bereavement through monthly support groups, family activities and events, teen groups, emergency funds, scholarships, and food pantries and meal programs at local hospitals.

Facilitated support groups for parents of children and adults with developmental disabilities, which provides a forum wherein parents can gather and share information. Mothers Network is a group of moms raising children with developmental disabilities who share resource information and offer support and encouragement to one another. Fathers Network is a group of dads raising children with developmental disabilities who share resource information, ideas and concerns. Padres Unidos is a support group in Spanish for parents raising children with developmental disabilities. Adult Caregiver Support Group is for people who are in the role of caring for adult loved ones with a developmental disability. Helping Parent provides a family with support through active listening, emotional support and sharing ideas and resources by a trained parent of a child with a disability. Parent to Parent offers insightful emotional support through trained volunteers, support groups and information on local resources and services. Parent support also provided for parents with developmental disabilities.
