Sibshops is a place to meet other kids who have siblings with disabilities. Through games, crafts and fun, siblings are given the opportunity to feel as though they are the most important person of the day. The Arc facilitates a chapter of the Sibling Support Network, called Washington State Sibling Connections. Adult sibs have bi-monthly meet-ups to connect with each other, share resources and gain information.

Provides various workshops for individuals with chronic health conditions to improve their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
- Chronic Disease Self-Management Program: Supports people with different or multiple chronic health problems (e.g., heart disease, hypertension, stroke, and respiratory disease). The program is led by trained and certified peers with first-hand experience. Discusses techniques on how to deal with frustration, isolation, appropriate exercise, fatigue, pain, medication management, emotion management, and much more.
- Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP): Developed for people who have a primary/secondary diagnosis of chronic pain; which is pain that lasts longer than 3 to 6 months, or beyond the normal healing time of an injury. Examples of chronic pain conditions are chronic musculo-skeletal pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash injuries, chronic regional pain syndromes, chronic pelvic pain, post-surgical pain that lasts beyond 6 months, neuropathic pain, or neuralgias, post stroke pain, persistent headache, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, or those who experience severe muscular pain due to conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
- Diabetes Education and Support: Discusses techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, and all of the emotional problems associated with this disease. Material has been reviewed by physicians, diabetes educators, dietitians, and other health professionals who are experts on the subject.

- Kids Konnection - an educational and supportive program for children ages 7-14 who have a significant adult in their life who has been diagnosed with cancer. This is a 6-week session.
- Laryngectomee Support Group - for laryngectomees, head & neck cancer patients and their families. A Speech-Language Therapist addresses concerns such as speech, swallowing and taste.
- Lymphoma, Leukemia & Multiple Myeloma Support Group - supportive conversation and sharing for anyone touched by a diagnosis of lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma. This group is led by people experienced with the diseases.
- Ovarian Cancer Support Group - for ovarian cancer patients and survivors meet to talk, make connections, and share experiences.
- Prostate Cancer Support Group - a group for men facing prostate cancer who want to gain insight from others about their treatment decisions, experiences and regaining a healthy lifestyle after treatment.
- Warrior Sisterhood - a group for active women balancing job, family and a busy life along with cancer treatments and recovery. The location varies due to planned activities or special interests of the group.
